The 1 star is not indicative of the falls themselves (I’m sure they’re beautiful as everyone has claimed!) but simply to get your attention that YOU CANNOT PRESENTLY ACCESS THE BANYUMALA WATERFALLS. We hired a private driver to take us from Ubud to the falls...More

This waterfall is just crazy gorgeous. It's not an easy place to get to but it's worth the effort. The drive off the main road to the parking area is on a very primitive road but our driver managed it just fine. It's about 3...More

The Lovina/Singaraja northern area of Bali is blessed with many waterfalls. I was fortunate to visit Banyumala after considerable rain and it was a "multiple" waterfall, truly spectacular !

When our driver suggested we visit the Twin falls in place of Git Git as they were on the way to our destination at Lovina we had no idea what we had just signed up for! We turned off the main road down a skinny...More

It was raining hard the day I visited Banyumala Twin Waterfalls. However, it was worth the slippery, and potentially dangerous hike to the falls. It was simply sublime! Although it was to cold to swim, it was definitely worth dipping your feet into the water!...More

It was long and slippery hike to get there but you are rewarded with the beauty! Make sure you come early to swim and enjoy the sights and sounds of the jungle.

This waterfall located in north side this island close by the twin lakes Buyan and Tamblingan. The waterfall is directly inside the rain forest. Very nice place for relaxing, also recommended for the adventurer. The to go this place is not so good, but you...More

We didn’t even make it down to see! Our driver (who is amazing) got stuck in the mud and it took around 45 mins with the help of locals to get out. It is probably best to park on main road and walk down. The...More

Can't recommend visiting this waterfall strongly enough. Try to schedule your visit as early as possible to avoid crowds. We visited at around 0800 and practically had the waterfall to ourselves. Drive towards parking area is incredibly steep with space for 1 car only. Then...More

One of the most romantic and beautiful waterfalls in Bali! Worth the trip. If you go by Motorbike, be advised that when you leave the main road and enter a small road that leads to the waterfall, it is roughly 3km steep downhill on a...More

We used a company called ‘Bali’s Safest Driver’ because of its good reviews on TripAdviser. It was actually them who suggested we include it in our itinerary when I got in touch to organise a car and driver for a day.

This might be a late reply. Sorry for that. But guess what? I am about your height. No problem at all. You can walk through most of the pool area. The current was also nice in August. Not a rainy season when I went there... More
