I’m visiting Bali with my 7 year old son as a mommy son trip. We had a great time on this tour, the guide really listened to what we wanted to do and adapted the day to our needs. My son has no interest in instagram photos so he took us to canoe the lake and try some local cakes instead of standing in line to take a picture by the famous gate. He also helped me find a pharmacy. It was a great experience.

Did the Mt Batur sunrise trek today with Adi as our guide. What can I say other than Adi, you made our Bali trip the best experience. Picked up from Ubud at 2am and driven to Mt Batur where we met Adi, started out walking at about 330am. Did the walk in just under an hour and a half, got to the top around 445am. First on top to wait. It can get a bit cold on the summit, but Adi made us a breakfast of a surprising delicious warm banana sandwich and hard boiled eggs, along with a coffee and a hot chocolate while we waited. Everything included, as advertised. Great trip.

We booked the Sambangan Trekking tour based on previous positive reviews. It was a wonderful day trip. The driver picked us up at our hotel right on schedule. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun to spend time with. We loved seeing the waterfalls, swimming, and cliff jumping. We finished the hike a bit faster than planned. The driver volunteered to stop at a Lewak Coffee place on the way back to our hotel since we had extra time. It was a great experience!

My friend and I used this company to discover Tambligan lake. They call it "trekking" and i call it "walking". We went in December 2020, so during COVID. The coffee place where we were supposed to stop was closed, but the company still charged us the original price. Our guide was not very knowledgeable, and the walk through the forest was one hour max. The crossing of the lake 15 minutes. The price (almost one million rupiahs) for two people was too much for what it really was. I was not very impressed.

I used Bali Jungle Trekking to book a hike to the summit of Agung, and the guide I had was the worst one ever. First and foremost, it is clearly stated on their website that Balinese breakfast and lunch are included. However, during the almost 12-hour hike, I only received snacks such as chocolate and cookies. Additionally, I was given only 1.5 liters of water, which is inadequate for such a long trek.

Regarding the guide, I believe his name was Ketut or Kadek. This individual was extremely egotistic and lacked any sense of empathy. Despite considering myself an intermediate hiker with experience in climbing several mountains and volcanoes, the guide did not walk with me or provide proper guidance. Instead, he ran about 20 meters ahead throughout the entire hike, showing no concern for my well-being. I could have faced numerous dangers without him even noticing. In contrast, I observed other guides taking their time and ensuring their customers' safety, but this particular guide couldn't care less.

I cannot recommend this company at all. I consider myself fortunate to be in good shape, but if someone else had been in my position, the outcome could have been much worse.

We booked and were excited to go on an overnight trip to Mt Agung. Plans changed and after contacting the office we were pleased to hear we were eligible for full refund. Sadly this refund of around $500 did not arrive, even after many months of promises, and an apparent change of management. Shame. Can’t be trusted👎

Great experience with an excellent guide Komang and a very good driver Kadek Molik. The jungle waterfall with pool was a wonderfull place to swim, without other people. The Balinese food in a typical house was amazing!

Wonderful hike with the best guide ever! He helped us physically and mentally on this vulcano.

We requested to driver another activity then the hot springs but he wasn’t in for it. He also did not come with another proposal, we therefore went back to the hotel directly after trip.

My fiancé and I had an amazing trek to see the sunrise with JRO, our friendly, knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend this tour. We unfortunately didn’t get a clean sunrise but honestly thought it was more interesting with the touch and go weather. They provided coffee and breakfast as well.

I picked Sambangan Waterfall trekking because it was one of the supposedly easier trekking available. I brought my mom along because I thought she would enjoy it. Little did I know, the hike was still super challenging for her. If it was not for our 2 awesome guide, Putu and Dwi (Sorry if I butchered your name), my mom wouldn't have enjoyed the experience. They were really patient with us, letting us take breaks as many as we need. They brought us to somebody's house and fed us fresh coconuts and fruits. Also, one of them stayed with my mom and kept her company while the other take us to the waterfall and do jumps (We went up to 15m jumps. very thrilling and awesome at the same time!). Can't thank you enough for these guys. I definitely will book them again for my other future trekking whenever I go back to Bali.
