At first glance you probably wouldn't recognize that there beach down the road as the entrance might misguided you. The beach is enjoyable, not too crowded. However, the beach wasn't very clean as there were some trash being swept away by the ocean. For 100k you could rent a place to lie down protected from the sun. And some ladies that will offers you some massages for a good price (but you need to bargain).

I am Yoga Efendi a guide and a traveler from Yogyakarta - Indonesia. Pantai Mengiat is one of my walking route in Nusa Dua Area.
So beautiful of course. More relax, less people, more exclusive, clean and many cafes. Recommended!

I walked the length of this beach coastline. From what I can make out this beach area is between Geger beach and Nusa Dua beach. Nice clean beach and swimming is good for all ages. Always somewhere close buy for some food and a cold drink.

Pros: color of the water and the food is nice.
Cons: waves.
Massage ladies are overpriced. At the beginning we’ve agreed on 1 hour for 100.000 IDR, but after 30 minutes of not that great foot massage, they said that it is over. In any massage salon the massage is cheaper and much better quality. DON’T recommend MASSAGE here.

I come from Australia where we are spoilt for beaches. Aussies don't come to Bali for the beaches, so I wasn't that disappointed.
The key issue is when there is wind the garage is blown onto the beach and litters the water.
The positive is you can swim here at high and low tide. Which is better that some of the other Nusa Dua beaches.

Great for a walk or evening stroll. You can walk right along the beach and past all the resorts and hotels. Snorkeling and swimming is good around here.

There are some lounge chairs for rent in this area as well as a small local restaurant where we can eat. It is in between Ayodya Resort and Inaya Putri Bali.
Early morning view for Sunrise could be interesting with fishermen boat depart from the sea shore.

This is the best beach around - no question clean ,clear ,no rubbish ( maintained by the resorts) great to walk on and view some of the massive resorts in the area. Also a very safe beach compared to Kuta abs Legian beach

Lovely beach. Good parking. Water is clearest at higher tides, but (plastic aside) always clean. Sit on the sand, or hire a lounge. Good public food available too. Plenty of massage options if that is what you want.

It was my first trip to Bali, so before going there I, as usually, started checking the reviews about the place in general and its beaches in particular. Having read a lot about “Bali beaches being dirty» didn’t expect anything special, BUT the beach we chose appeared to be really clean and most importantly the water was clear which surprised me a lot. So I’m giving the place a strong five for such a surprise!

Hello, I am not sure how much the cost is.
Have in mind that the distance between the two cities might not be big, but due to traffic it might take you up to one hour to go there.

How far from the Mulia and is there a restaurant at that beach

There is a restaurant at Mengiat and also at the hotels either side. (Ayoda and Inaya) You could walk from Mulia along the beach in about 25 mins. We've done it a few times.
