- Marshall HPhitsanulok, Thailand910 contributionsGreat play area for your young onesWe went to this mall primarily for the kids play zone for our 7 year old boy. It had gotten good reviews. The zone is in the basement. On weekdays your youngster can enjoy many activities and you pay only 50 idr for an unlimited period. Our boy had a fun time. There is comfortable seating for the grown ups, or you can explore the mall. On the main floor towards the back is a souvenir zone with the usual stuff but at outlandish fixed prices. Not even worth a look. My wife checked out the whole mall and was mostly unimpressed, but surprisingly found one great ladies shop. They offer quality Bali made ladies clothing at very reasonable prices. The two very helpful staff ladies were very open to negotiating. My wife bought a beautiful, unique, tie dyed outfit at a inexpensive price. This is an open space, no frills shop. It is located on the bottom level just to the right and around the corner when you get off the escalator. Same floor as kids zone.Visited October 2023Traveled with familyWritten October 24, 2023

Unfortunately, the upper floor has not progressed with tenancies. Outside, there are a number of dining options offering varied menus, but most seemed setup to cater for late afternoon/evening patrons.Visited March 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten April 5, 2024
- Steve P1 contributionSmall mall but goodCheap cinema, indoor playground good for up to 6yo, supermarket, some good clothing stores, some better than street vendors pricing & quality. Food out front, or downstairs, live music at night. Have a look if you’re staying in Kuta.Visited June 2024Traveled with familyWritten June 28, 2024

This lippo mall is the complete mall ever. I've been coming back to this place many times and still want to come back. They have factory outlet, restaurant and even a cinema. The new thing is the kids playground. Last week me, my wife and my little kid visited this playgound, it costed 50k only for kids, while the parents are free, such a good deal. The entertaint has not stop! after that we enjoyed the live music (in the front side of Mall), with so many stalls offered. I enjoyed the band performance with my beer and my son with his meal. Very recommended, most entertaining Mall!!!

We decided to go to this mall because it was close to the Airport and we had a couple of hours to burn before our flight.
They advertised they had a concierge who could store your luggage.
Sadly they do not offer this service anymore even though the signage is still on display. We ended up having to carry our big bags around with us.
The mall smells of sewerage and the men's toilet upstairs had four cubicles (all) closed for renovations.
There are only a few stores worth visiting here but most of them can be found at other better malls. It's mainly quiet and most shop staff seem to be more content playing on their phones.
Do not come here specifically for shopping or to waste time before a flight. The mall is not 'tourist' friendly as it claims.

Another mall heavily impacted by the pandemic. Matahari gone, also many other shops on ground and upper floor. Some of the cafes and restaurants were doing reasonable business. We enjoyed our coffees at Maxx and our lunch at MM Juice. After browsing the outlets that were trading, we headed down to the supermarket in the basement. Owners of the Mall are not helping the supermarket with elevators not working and customers having to negotiate a rather steep stairway, difficult if heading upwards with a loaded shopping bag. We were told that the forecourt comes alive at night with live music and BBQ fare from the restaurant.

Visited this mall after more than 2 years. Many shops were closed down including Matahari department store. Only a few survived. There is DIY shop where you can get cheap kitchen items, storage, laundry stuff, tools and other varieties of items and the supermarket on the basement, which still survives after pandemic. It is convenient for tourists staying near by hotels.
It is sad to see the empty mall. I could see how terribly the pandemic impacted their tourism.

Located in central location of Kuta, Bali. The mall is open from 10 A.M to 10 P.M.
The mall has 3 floors and consists of many fashionwear shops, handicraft shops, food court, a convenient supermarket selling fresh foods. There are few cafes in the ground floor and one can spend some time in the evening here.

Visited today looking for the activities advertised for kids. We were surprised to find it so quiet! The ground and upper floors are extremely quiet, the lower ground is better. The people are still as kind as ever, and I hope business picks up. If you are expecting the attractions (for young children) prior to covid, you may be disappointed. But the lower ground is still good 😀

Great food at Primo supermarket, some stores closed. Kuta has been decimated by the pandemic. Ubud appears quite busy, but please come and spend a night or two and some money in Kuta. The Primo Supermarket has all the water, beer, snacks, including fruit, that Westerners need whilst in Kuta. The rest of the mall is about half full. There were some good restaurants on the lower ground and upper levels.

We stayed next door to Lippo mall so saw it all different times of the day. Unfortunately there's alot of shops that are still closed which is sad. There's a good supermarket.
The best part is the outside area. At night there's live music and plenty of food options.

What is the price of food in the Hungry Pirate Restaurant?

Sorry, I haven't dined there. But if it western food it would be similar prices to western countries. I've always found western food to be about 3 times the prices of Indo food.
