We headed to Circus Waterpark this morning only to find it is closed for renovations from April until June. Just thought it would be helpful for others to know.

We went as our kids are 2 & 4 so waterbom rides were too fast for them. In all the kids had a great day with plenty of small child friendly rides. Its a bit worn and the prices werent that cheap considering its Indonesia. We were there on a Tues and it was pretty much empty. One pretty ridiculous problem is that the concrete floor made my little 2 year old girl stop and scream with burning feet..... its just incredibly hot even for adults , so we ended up .. , carrying our kids from ride to ride.
We were told that the food was ok and cheap... it wasnt!! We ordered fish and chips for the kids and for 40k IDR we were given 2 pieces of fried fish with 10 chips. Thats expensive for even Kuta. My wife broke one of the fish nuggets open to cool it down and it wasn't cooked and it stank!! I politely asked for the women to change it , which she did. 5 mins later the women came over and pretty much threw the plate with the old cold chips in front of my kids.... i checked it again and it was rotten stinking fish again, at this point i again politely pointed out to the woman that i would give this to a dog, let alone my kids at which point she became very aggressive. She started shouting at me that i didn't have to pay , but i insisted i would , at which point her tone and volume turned up , so i agreed not to pay in order to avoid any more upsetting conflict in front of my kids. This restaurant was the first on the left , my kids would have been really ill if they did eat this food , thats for 100% sure. I have to add that i personally ordered a chicken burger from the restaurant on the right hand side at the end and it was cheap and very nice.
So to sum up , yes the waterpark is cheap chearfull and good fun for the kids , but if want them to stay having fun DONT let them eat in the first on the left. Pics of this awefull place are below.

We visited the circus waterpark on a weekday. There were very few people, so all of the slides had not queues whatsoever.
The water park has speed slides, a 'boomerang' type slide, and two twisting slides. There is a lap pool, main pool for the kids and a lazy river for those people who want to take it easy. The day that we visited, there was two small shops open that sold chips, nasi and mee goreng. The drinks are well priced.
The water park had a bungee trampoline, and a flying fox.
At the end of the day, we bought the photo pack.
If you are looking for a day of water fun minus the large crowds, try Circus water park. Just remember to go on a weekday :)

I went there in January 2012 and honestly won't be returning. Our group of 5 people ranging from 7yrs to adult all agreed that it was not worth going to and they all felt unsafe on the slides. We had just been to waterbom two days ago (go there every trip) and this water park was no where near the standard of waterbom.
Here is what we noticed today:
Most slides were not very safe. They would only allow 2 people per ride (not a single rider) on some rides as they said 'one rider was not safe as they were too light and could end up over the side of the slide'. After one turn and watching the entire structure shake and move my teenagers would not go on again. You could see part of the tubes up over the edge, very scary and dangerous. They then tried another couple of rides. Once again one turn each and then no more.
The lazy river was exactly that, 'lazy', we did not move anywhere, the tubes were of no use and we abandoned them and hopped out.
We went to the kids slides / pool. One slide was too fast and after a large bump on my daughters head she wouldn't use that anymore. The other kids slides were better however you land in such shallow water that many people were bumping their legs, bottoms/ heads etc at the end of the slide and on the bottom of the pool.
The large bucket that fills and spills onto people in the pool was so slow to fill it took 25 minutes to tip. At waterbom park this is every five minutes or so.
We were the only tourists there, the rest were locals and even then hardly anyone. Lockers are 15,000, 'gazebo's' are 60,000rp for up to 3 hours or 25,000rp for one hour. Towels are 15,000rp. There is no toilet paper in the rest rooms. There is a few places to buy food but given the slow turn over we didn't fancy eating there.
Basically there is no shade, unlike Waterbom park, you are in the sun the entire time unless you have a gazebo. There are a few little tikes swings etc in a playground but these are only suitable for kids up to around the age of 6 or so. The playground looks rather unfinished and the grass and gardens need attention.
Overall I feel that there is a complete lack of safety standards in place here and that this venture which has been open the past 8 months is likely to close in the near future. The entire car park is empty except for the spinifex.
Not a safe place at all.

Been to the park few times since they opened.. less visitors as they cost not friendly and the water is not as clean as pictures. Went my last ride on the white whirl but it was too dry for the tube to go through so as I was sliding down in the tunnel it suddenly stopped the tube as too dry on the sides so I was knocked out of the tube in the middle of the tunnel. Nice staff came to help from above... no one else took this ride, unfortunately it says: "ride at your own risk" I am not sure where we go with this preclusion if the problem is with the water slide itself???

4 adults and 2 children went to circus water park last week and it was a complete waste of money.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT GO!
2 of our group were not going into the water but went along to be apart of the day.
They had to pay the full price .. Ok -no big deal if that's the rule, you pay.
But once inside the park there are NO seats - you couldn't sit down unless you paid extra.
20,000rp per hour for a lounge - 25,000 or 35,000rp per hr for a cabana.
Absolutely ridiculous.
There is very little to do in the park-- the lazy river didn't move so you went no where.
In the time we were there, there were a total of 14 people at this water park. Including 6 of us.
No need to wonder why-- the park is old and the water is a funny colour - definitely in need of maintenance. Staff were rude and not interested. We spoke to the manageress about the seating.. She was less than helpful and very dismissive.
We left when the children got hungry - not game to eat there, with no turn over.
Waterbom might be more expensive but is a million times better.
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE --BEWARE.

We went to Circus with our two granddaughters aged 9 and 5. They loved the place and we spent most of the day here. We went on a weekday and it was quiet, but we liked that as there was no queuing for anything. We e-mailed the park before heading to Bali and they replied with an e-mail that we printed off and took to the park. This e-mail got us 30% off the admission price, two free flying fox rides, two free ice creams, two free towels and two free bottles of water. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will return again for sure.

We have been to all the other water parks in Bali so decided to try Circus. Big mistake!
We had a reasonable day with young children however I wasn't entirely comfortable with the look of the water. My husband and two young children (who had all gone under the water) all came down with ear infections within two days of being at the park!

Oh, where do I start...
First, it was full like hell. OVERLOAD!! Literally the sea of human.
Second, it was DIRTY LIKE HELL!!! You know why it's dirty???? Because it seems all the visitors don't have any manner. Both adults and kids just go directly dive or plunge into the water without cleaning their feet after stepping the garden! Additional information, the "plunge pool" to clean off your feet didn't work at all!
Third, unsafe. You will need pool tubes for some rides. Guest what, they didn't have enough. Furthermore, most of them were broken with some patch on it. Aside from the Loss & Breakage maintenance, again, it's the visitors' behaviour that didn't care enough to carry and just dragged it through the pathway. OH. MY. GOD!
Oh, don't even think I'm done here. Gazebos and sundecks are supposed to be for rent, hourly, but seems everyone didn't care and just put their things on the gazebo not counting how many hours they've spent. Wanted to rent the Gazebo but of course it wasn't available. THAT, leads me to sit and put my things ON THE GRASS!!! Can you imagine???
Last but not least, the Lazy River seemed to be too lazy as it was not working. It didn't have the normal flow that Lazy River would normally have!
Tips: DON'T SPEND ANY PENNY COMING HERE!
With ticket price IDR 230.000 you wouldn't get anything but disappointment. It's better to reach deeper on your pocket and go to Waterbom Bali than going here.
I'm serious, people...
Sincerely,
A Disappointed Visitor
