My husband and I had a short stay in Bali in early January of this year, and last minute, we reached out to this private driver/guide company and inquired about their availability and rates via WhatsApp. They were extremely quick to respond, quoted reasonable rates, and they immediately assigned Edy as our driver to take us from Kuta to Ubud for a day trip. It was a custom day tour that had the sights/eats we requested. Edy was truly one of the best drivers/guides we've hired during any trip -- he was smiley and friendly from the get-go, answering any and all questions we had about Balinese culture, Indonesia, food, history, with a lot of detail, humor, and grace. He indulged me in all my food questions since I'm food obsessed and took me to his preferred Babi Guling spot in Ubud, which was absolutely delicious! He even searched far and wide to find me my beloved durian and jackfruit despite the rain chasing a lot of the street fruit vendors away! He helped me haggle, too! He was a true joy to be around all day, and I'd recommend him x100 to anyone and everyone who needs a driver/guide during their time in Bali.

My wife and I utilized Wade as our personal driver for 3 days. He was always very punctual for picking us up in the morning. He was an absolutely phenomenal tour guide and driver; he was not only able to drive us seamlessly between locations but also provided us with much information on the rich Balinese history, culture, and religion for all of the various locations that we visited. (All with excellent spoken English) He also was able to provide recommendations which we had never heard of (which were all fantastic.) He provided cold bottled water for us every single day, and never made us feel rushed or pressed for time even when we spent extra time taking photos and flying my drone around various locations.
The most amazing thing to happen to us was that while flying my drone, I crashed it into a tree and it got stuck about 75 feet high off the ground. Not only was it hard to reach, but it turned out to be some very religious and sacred tree at a temple. Not only was I upset because my brand new $2700 USD drone was stuck and potentially gone forever, but also the fact that I unknowingly flew it into such a sacred piece of land and felt very disrespectful and ashamed. After begging and pleading with locals to help me get it they were all very stern that the tree was sacred and could not be climbed and could not be cut. Essentially, I was out of luck. After several hours of contemplating and pacing and panicking, Wade came to the rescue. He was able to escalate the situation all the way to the highest religious figure in the area and was able to get us a meeting with him (WOW!!). This very high stature religious figure eventually agreed that they would retrieve it for me, which they did by collecting 8 men with a long piece of bamboo to knock it out of the tree and it luckily fell safely to the ground. Because I was absolutely so happy with Wade saving the day, my footage, my money, and my mood for the rest of the trip, I tried offering him a tip which he wouldn’t accept! He explained that he did this for me out of the desire to help me, not for any personal gain. Wade was he epitome of a professional and a very knowledgeable tour guide. He also was a very kind man who my wife and I now consider our friend overseas.
I would 10/10 recommend Wade for anybody looking for a safe , reliable, friendly driver who is willing to go the extra distance to ensure that his passengers have a safe, comfortable, and memorable time. Truly Wade made our trip in Bali amazing.

We booked two tours with Bali trip driver.
The first one was a 10-hour day starting and ending in Kuta and exploring Ubud. We chose the places we wanted to go and our driver was very friendly and told us a lot about Bali.
The second tour was a day trip from Kuta to Nusa Penida. Both drivers were friendly and on time and we got to choose where we wanted to go on Nusa Penida (instead of the standard tours) and only had to pay a little bit extra for that. There was lunch includet and we had the best day.
We had researched the prices for both tours before booking and Bali Trip Driver was definitly the cheapest and best option.
I would recommend this company to everyone who needs a driver to explore Bali and Nusa Penida.

My wife and I were lucky enough to choose bali trip driver for all of our long hauls or many stop days and was never disappointed. It actually led to our most memorable days! Wayde (our driver) was always early as well as very knowledgable and went above and beyond what we expected by sharing a ton of history as well as spiritual knowledge over the course of multiple outings. Also kenny (the owner I believe) always gave us help with our itinerary and the time frame we would be looking at! Lovely people all around! Great to meet all of you! Thanks a ton!

I just came across to Bali Trip Driver just after a quick Google search and I’m glad I have found this company.
I have read the feedbacks first and noted that this company has really good feedbacks, so I decided to give it a go.
We have booked a day trip with Bali Trip Driver just yesterday and had a wonderful day today.
Our driver Yoga has made our day trip a very enjoyable one.
Yoga was very prompt and punctual and very easy to communicate with, not just during the day, but prior we have met as well. We have communicated through the WhatsApp.
We felt really safe throughout the day being Yoga’s passengers despite of the chaotic and very busy traffic in Bali.
The car was clean, a fairly new one in excellent condition, very comfortable and with air con.
Yoga is a very patient and experienced driver, very polite and knowledgeable.
The company did what they have promised.
I would definitely recommend Bali Trip Driver with no hesitation to anybody wishing to spend a hassle free day exploring Bali on their own with no hidden charges or being ripped off.
Definitely a good value for money.

Travelling with my big families of 20 pax, booked a van with balitripdriver few days before and the response was fast and efficient. They sent reminder text the night. Driver arrived earlier on actual day and waited for us patiently. The Isuzu van looks brand new and fits my 20 family members nicely (without luggages). Driver able to communicate in English and brought us to places where we want to be. Will definitely recommend this company.

Kupit was very responsible and readily contactable. He also tried his best to converse and share his knowledge with us throughout. The company's phone booking operator was also able address our initial queries with certainty and were very professional. Impressed with the service rendered!

They replied promptly whenever you text this make us feel totally secure about the trip. Most of the driver we had so professional and careful even though the traffic so bad they just being calm and showed the safety. Mr Yuda in Bali and Mr Ketut in Nusa, they not just a driver but also the best tour guide who truly show the Bali hospitality which make you feel like going along with the best friends. Highly recommend to book Nusa tour with them to save money but still enjoy everything in your own way

Would really recommend, amazing value for money we enjoyed to so much that we chose to add on a second day to see even more of Bali. Our driver was called Albert and he was great - at no point did he feel rushed or like we couldn’t go where we wanted, but when asking for suggestions we offered them too. We also had a great experience finding a waterfall we’d suggested that he’d never visited before, despite not knowing where he was going he was still out for the expedition and even join us on foot to check it out.
Also! On both days a good place for lunch was recommended near where we had chosen to visit!
The set rate for 10 hours is very reasonable, but they also charge just 50k per hour of over time we made the trip a lot more laid back without the worry of a deadline.
Customer service with Sagara was also great, very quick and efficient. Having made suggestions of where we wanted to go, they helped us put together an itinerary and we’re honest about how much we could fit into one day.
We only booked this trip the evening before and Sagara was able to confirm a driver for us straight away
Also! On both days a good place for lunch was recommended near where we had chosen to visit!

I stumbled upon BaliTripDriver through google. I was sceptical at first when they did not ask for any advance and just confirmed the booking at a very competitive price. But next day sharp at 6.30am the pick up driver was there at our hotel lobby. We went to Nusa Penida with them for a day trip. Thw whole process was so smooth, they had arranged everything, one person was waiting for us at the port with the speedboat tickets, as soon as we reached Nusa Penida island, Ketut (our guide and driver in Penida) was waiting for us with a big smile. He made sure all of us are comfortable. Special thanks to Ketut for taking care of the kids during the trip and taking us to all the good spots and clicking good pictures of us. This trip would not have been the same without him.

Hey Logan, this is Kenny from Bali Trip Driver. My apologies for not seeing your question sooner - the situation in Bali has got us neglecting most of our businesses.
Regarding your question, yes we do, but the cost for one-way airport transportation depends on your pickup/dropoff location. The further the distance, the more the cost. However, most of our guests usually book our regular 10-hour service with airport as the first pickup point, but this is only ideal if you arrive in the morning.
