The day of diving was brilliant. Stewart was very responsive and reliable. I felt safe and looked after. The equipment was perfect and great condition as was the boat. Lunch was also incredible so would definitely recommend. The briefings were thorough and I felt compeltely safe and that no corners were being cut for the day which was very appreciated. We saw many many manta rays (30!!!) and Stewart was responsible...aka, making sure we kept our distance and were respectful visitors. The other dive site (Ped) was a fantastic choice and some of the most beautiful corals I have ever seen. This is a must see whilst in Bali and the coral triangle!

Really happy you had such a great experience diving with us and seeing so many manta rays. We are very lucky to have such an amazing dive site on our doorstep. One we should treat with respect and use to help others learn about the beautiful marine life below the surface. Hope you manage to make it back to Bali again soon, so we can show you some more or the coral triangle. Until then, take care and happy bubbles. Stuart & the Manta Manta Diving crew.

From the moment I sent an email to Stuart, I knew this was the dive operation I wanted to book through for my most recent trip to Bali. His communication and flexibility were absolutely top notch, the pricing of the PADI Enriched Air course was the lowest I've seen anywhere, and the day of the actual dive was just as great. A driver came to my hotel and drove all of us to Padang Bai, they unloaded my gear bag and set everything up on the boat for me, the dive briefings were thorough, and I was very happy with the level of customer service. Both Stuart and Putu were always more than willing to answer any questions I had, and lunch after our last dive was quite good as well. I would never think twice about recommending Manta Manta Diving to anyone looking to take a trip in the area.

Thanks for the lovely review and taking your time to share your experience with us in such detail. It was great meeting you both and taking you for 3 dives at Padang Bai. Awesome fun going into the Shark Cave and being greeted by so many white tip reef sharks. Bonus turtles too! Hope you both managed to get home safely and without too much disruption. Take care and see you both back in Bali again soon! All the best from Stuart, Putu and the Manta Manta Diving team.

Big thanks to Stuart for leading our snorkeling group. Two of us were sea sick and he was a big help coping with that. I don't think divers would have any issues, as they are under the waves. Even so, the mantas really delivered and we ended up having a good day. Lunch was delicious too. I would recommend a fairly strong dose of Dramamine for this trip if the waves are up. We were taken by surprise, since we don't usually get seasick. Otherwise a great trip!

Thanks for the review and sharing your experience of the day. Really glad the mantas were there to been seen and the lunch as always was really tasty! It's a shame that seasickness took away some of the fun of the day, unfortunately that is one of the few things beyond our control! But we do try to take the smoothest route to and from the sites and choose the calmest location after we have been to the manta rays. We also try our best to prepare everyone for the boat ride in the initial email & during the briefing before getting on the boat and always have the free seasickness tablets available if anyone wants them. But yes, unfortunately it can still effect people despite the best efforts. Hope you manage to make it back to Bali again some time soon. All the best and safe travel, from Stuart & the Manta Manta Diving crew.

A fantastic well organised trip. If you want to get as close as your ever gonna get to Manta Rays in the sea then this is the trip for you. I booked it online and paid by Paypal - nice and easy. We were picked up from the hotel and taken to the boat. Before we got aboard Stuart briefed us about the trip in some detail - I've not had this with any other trip and it's also a great way to get talking to the others before setting off. We were with a small group - 3 scuba diving with Stuart and me and my wife snorkeling with another guide. The speedboat ride is fast and exciting, only taking around 45 minutes to get to the dive site. All equipment is provided and they make sure your ok before getting in the water. Obviously Stuart can't promise to even see one Manta Ray as this is the real world and not a zoo but I lost count pretty quickly and we were so close to them. I took my own GoPro camera to film it but you can also hire one from Stuart. We were in the sea for about an hour. We then sailed to another site and snorkeled for another hour above a coral reef. Loads of different varieties of fish and we even spotted a green turtle. Lunch is provided and while it is relatively simple don't forget it's supposed to be eaten on board and to keep you fit for swimming afterwards. All in all I would recommend this to anyone who wants to snorkel or dive in Bali. 10/10 score - and this is a very rare occasion for me to give such a high score.

Thank you for the awesome review and taking you time to detail your experience so well. I'm so happy we were able to show you both such a great day, get your top 10/10 rating and introduce you to so many of our resident manta rays and a bonus turtle too! It was a fantastic day on the boat with a great atmosphere, we'd love to see you both out here again one day to share some more stories and enjoy some more time in the water. All the best from Stuart, Gede and the Manta Manta Diving crew.
