I came by based on the reviews from TripAdvisor and man Jenggala did not disappoint! First class pottery store with a beautiful layout and unique cafe. I ended up purchasing 4, 3 piece sets consisting of a bowl, small plate, and large plate in their "moon" collection I believe. My only gripe would be the amount of dishes that had flaws like scratches on them during my pre-purchase inspection. Maybe this particular line is just prone to imperfections. Oh and one more thing, I used a coupon I received for a free drink after my purchase at their cafe and had the best smoothie I had in a long time. It consisted of Miiddle-Eastern/Indian ingredients like cumin, cardamom, and nutmeg blended with a banana.

The main things from Jenggala is large selection of high quality, well designed, pottery and ceramics, mostly for table utensils. From chandelier, plate, mug, water jug, and many more. Its location close to airport make it perfect for last minute shopping.

On the other side of the show, there are Cafe, and workshop. The workshop sell finished pottery which you can colors to your liking. It is suitable for kids as well as adults. Once finished, allow 48 hours for the paint to dry and for them to put the final finishing touch

Jenggala showroom in Jimbaran has nearly complete stock of Jenggala's great selection of handmade pottery.

I purchased several of the Frangipani line pieces for myself and as gifts.

The staff at the desk are very adept at wrapping, packing, and protecting the items in sturdy shopping bags or boxes for carrying on the plane.

bought a ton of ceramics and the buffalo horn Carlo tabletop acessories, and had them all packed in a carton for our flight back to singapore.

after a 9 hour delay because of the airport closure , the 19kg carton survived being shuttled from hotel to airport, then back to hotel, then again to airport and finally arriving in Singapore! was tremendously relieved to find every piece intact! can't wait to use them!!!

Dear WoonLiew, Thank you for your recent visit to our store in Jimbaran! We're terribly sorry that the volcanic ashes caused major delays and disrupted your travel back home. What a relief to hear that the packaging survived the long journey and that everything was in one piece. We hope you are enjoying using your new Jenggala products! Kind regards, Sarah

I used to be a fan of Jenggala and would make an effort to go back and browse whenever I visit Bali. I used to find interesting pieces to bring home. However over the years, it has evolved to become another mass production factory with minimal innovation in its ceramics design and craftsmanship. Disappointing...

Dear Winston_C_Explorer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us on TripAdvisor. We're always grateful to receive feedback, especially from those who have been our loyal customers over the years. We are very sorry to hear that you feel we have become more of a mass production factory. As a business, we strive for growth. This being said, with this growth our fundamental focus remains on maintaining and improving the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All of our ceramics continue to be hand made on site behind the store in Jimbaran, using our own stoneware clay mixture and glaze finishes. We also collaborate with various artists and designers to continue to innovate and produce new collections. We invite you to return to Jenggala in the future to view our production process from start to finish and to meet the individuals behind the scene - our designers, hand throwers, mold makers. We hope that this experience will be able to give you a better insight to our company and how we approach things. Kind regards, Sarah

A beautiful selection of ceramics, fabrics - including sarongs, serviettes and scarves - just gorgeous. A relaxed place - no pressure from sale staff. Has a small cafe. We had a coffee and a juice but the meals coming out looked great. I purchased four beautifully printed serviettes - about $20 AUS and a silk scarf for $60 AUS.

We came looking for glassware and found that Jenggala specialise more in fine pottery, platters, dinnerware and lovely tea and coffee sets.
The presentation and the showroom are worth the visit alone.
A great place to visit for a special gift or something unique to eat from.

Another enjoyable place to visit! The ceramics are truly amazing and a joy to choose from. Of course the deliberating was extended over lunch! There are activities for young and ones where they can colour their own pottery, just great! A great spot to visit and to take some gifts home for family and friends.

I paid a visit to Jenggala Keramiks this morning, on my last day in Jimbaran before heading home. So glad I checked TripAdvisor for things to do in the area. I hadn't heard about Jenggala before so I was pleasantly surprised and had a great time looking at the huge variety of hand made table ware and decorative pieces. I had trouble choosing the few items I could take home with me, the staff were great at packing the check-in box which will not cause me to be overweight on my flight home. I had a lovely coffee in the cafe before heading back to my resort not far away. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Bali, and will try to make time to decorate my own piece now that I know it's possible.... A great idea for tourists. I'll also check the on line shop, as I'm keen to have a few more Jenggala items to add to my small collection,

I have been buying Jenggala plates and dinner ware every time I come to Bali. The table ware and ceramics are truly exceptional quality and is worthy of your consideration, if you are in Bali.

There is a small store in Sanur, which is the best, if you don’t have time to travel to the factory outlet itself and there is a “2nds (factory rejects) in Kuta. But the small Sanur shop is defiantly the one to go to.

They bubble wrap and package your items very well, and I have always carry an extra small bag so I can carry on as cabin baggage.
