This is a great thing to see if yu have not seen this sort of dance before. I got restless as it went to long and the dance seam to be the same over and over again. To see this dance once is enough.

Gunung temple is a must see! The temple is carved into stone. This is amazing! Surrounded by beautiful scenery and rice fields. One of my favorite excursions!

Lots of stairs but worth the walk. The temple is very old and surroundings are beautiful, rice terraces, jungle, waterfalls etc. truly worth a visit. Not too commercialised

Dance and music is so intertwined with Balinese life that it is second nature. So much so that it seems like many dancers and musicians are performing in a casual manner even when performing at the highest caliber. The performance was held at the Peliatan...More

I really loved the temple and surrounding area. One thing you have to be prepared for is all the vendors that are along the path. Not a great aspect, but they're at almost every temple. There are a couple of paths through the temple compound...More
