I contacted the e-mail from the website that was directed/ transferred to some WA number of their motorbike department by the owner, Mrs. Gracia. Very nice reply and responsive. Then I contacted the WA # and the daily price 70K IDR/ day for was higher than another rental (AGPMotor) but the Gotravela Operator for Motorbike (G.O.) at the WA # convinced me that it's a new bike, so I took it for three days renting period. Some short facts; - When the bike was delivered, it was from other company/ group that was the sub of Gotravela (named: GRB - Gandrung Rent Bali). They came late 1,5 hours and it's not a new bike and the two helmets were super stinky and unfit size. I asked to change the helmet but they denied it. Sniffy thing is, they didn’t know the price I should pay and the receipt isn’t from Gotravela. - The bike got some problem the next day with the radiator that I was texting back and forth to GRB and at the end, they told me to talk to G.O. to settle what's the solution. Within a ping-pong communication for more than 6-hours, at the end they declined to pick up the bike because my location was TOO FAR (in Ubud), even I offered some money. So, I needed to go to the garage the next morning to change the radiator liquid for the sake of not cutting my holiday time. As the complimentary, GO agreed to let me use the bike until the evening before my flight back home. - The worst part, the passive-aggressive communication happened when I declined to drop the motorbike at airport parking and put the key inside the seat, take a picture, and leave it. They threatening me through texting to stop/ banned me taking my flight (which is ridiculous as they don’t have rights to do it) when I suggested leaving the bike at a friend’s house in Legian area –which is still inside their working “area”. My guess, just because they’re lazy or just because it’s a sub-company agreement. Sure when I offered to pay more, they agreed to let me leave the bike at a friend’s house. Cliché. I would never use Gotravela service anymore when another company could offer better communication and better price and better motorbikes (after I checked with several friends that using AGP/ other companies). Contact me personally if you want some proof of screenshots of the passive-aggressive communication.
