We were provided with access to the Wellness Centre as part of our accommodation package at Maca Villas Umulas. We attended Yoga classes and daily massages as part of this. We found the facilities and staff were great. Yoga classes excellent. Our villa was quite a distance to the Wellness Centre but transport to and from was provided at no extra cost and was very efficient. Overall a wonderful experience.

Our daily massage was such a treat. We were able to combine our 30 minutes to have one hour every other day and this was bless. We indulged in a unity massage (2.5 hours long) to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This included a romantic soak in a bath with petals, champagne and chocolates. The foot and body massage was amazing, as was the facial... so well looked after. We will be back for sure.... totally relaxed and distressed, the pampering was certainly a highlight of our trip.

I got a massage here. It was absolutely atrocious - and that’s a compliment. I was physically bruised afterwards (no word of a lie) and both my and neck and back were in pain for days. Then I went to get an oil treatment on my hair as part of the “relaxation” package - this actually should be renamed the Stress-inducing package. Here’s why - read on! The oil was piping hot (but wait, that’s not all, folks!) and the lady didn’t even rub the treatment all through my thick hair (it’s also smooth and brown.... I digress).... She did half my head, scratched my head at a maximum of two times (?) and told me to get up and wash it. She didn’t even understand when I sat up (naked mid-massage - good timing) and asked her if that was it and if she was going to do the rest. She then bowed and left the room. A bizarre, terrifying and painful, yet somehow... hilarious experience.

My Apple Watch, Air Pods, and cash money were stolen from closed locker. My opinion is local staff use master key to steal it. The manager of Soham say they don't wont to report to police, as this is not their problem. So I reported it by myself in Denpasar Police. I don't believe they will do something. Because I think their position it's "You Bule - You Pay." And all they in collusion, in any case. I was a client many years. I invited a lot of my friends to this good gym. I'll never come there again. And don't recommend to anyone to leave the things in locker, by my experience even many cameras will not help you to find your things, as the quality of camera picture is poor... They not make any investigation, they only show me some picture of cctv, and do nothing. They don't say sorry, they don't say nothing, just we don't know.
