Bali magic tours were awesome. From the very first contact they were always quick to reply and tailored our day tours to meet our requirements. We did 5 day tours on total and they provided us with a breakdown of costs for each day. We even altered some plans during our stay in Bali and they were more than happy to accommodate this. We had Ketut Artono as our guide for all 5 days and he was fantastic. So friendly and helpful. He made everything so easy for us. He was always at the hotel waiting for us each morning on schedule and took us to some great sites we hadn't originally included in our itinerary. We all enjoyed our time with Ketut and hope to get back to Bali to see him again. We highly recommend ketut and Bali magic tours.

Our guide Made Mudiana was fantastic. My son is a young adult with special needs, and Made was so respectful and helpful with my son. Nothing was too much effort and we had a wonderful time exploring Bali with him. I highly recommend Made.

We would like to give a 5/5 review for our tour guide Made Moudiana with the tour of “Rafting+Mother Temple+volcano Tour”.
Though the rafting wasn’t exciting as we thought and took around 2.5 hrs on the river and the coffee plantation was very touristic itinerary, overall we had a great time.
During the trip, Made introduced us the culture, the island's history and many other insightful things in excellent English. The road was smooth and careful with his experienced driving skill, unlike some drivers were a bit aggressive.

Amazing experience with driver Sutama! Great sense of planning the trip depending on weather. Ability to analyse best possible routes despite google/Apple maps inability to show correct traffic routes. Very attention to details and vigilant, kept bringing umbrellas whenever rained and he knew about our potential whereabouts! Punctual and reliable! Highly recommended driver!

My husband and I had such an amazing day on our tour! Hartono Ketut (our driver for the day) did everything to make sure we had a memorable and fun day! His car was comfortable and air-conditioned, he made sure we always had water, and was with us at each stop, explaining what was next and where to go. He made sure we got great photos and that we saw everything we should see. I would absolutely book another tour with him as my driver again! He truly made this tour experience exceptional.
In addition, the stops were curated very well. The turtle conservation was our surprise favorite and definitely not to be missed!
Communication upon booking was fast, efficient, and transparent. Overall, this was one of the best days we had in Bali!

Bali Magic Tour was so easy to deal with booking our family trip to Bali Night Safari.
We were provided with a great deal upfront.
Our driver Sudama was in contact early in the day to introduce himself and confirm pick-up time and location.
Once we arrived at Safari Park he walked us in, assisting with strollers and explaining the package inclusions and where to meet him at the end of our tour.
Amazing service and excellent communication and pricing.
We will be using Bali Magic Tour again in the future and recommending them to our family and friends who travel to Bali in the future.

The Trip was so good and the package was a great one.. especially would like to mention about the Driver Made Mudiana was very helpful and a great guide. He not only take us thru in his cab but also as a guide narrated all the story behind each buildings temples monuments. Thank you so much and for the team for the great experience. We booked the Bali safari rhino 4x4 package through Bali safari ticket and it was a great day with everything organised. They picked us up in a private car from our hotel and organised the tickets for entry then came and picked us up to take us back to the hotel when we were ready. Great service

We had an excellent time in Bali from the begineing where we recieved a warm welcome right at the airport to the final drop off. We were able to customize, make stops, and do alot more than what was included in our tour. Our guide Made Mudiana helped us out everywhere he could and made our stay in Bali just wonderful.

Had a great experience visiting Bali Safari for the entire day. Ketut Hartano was very professional and spent the day driving us to and from the Safari. His knowledge of Bali was exceptional as he kept us entertained in the car. Would highly recommend engaging Ketut while in Bali for transportation.
