Lovely gardens, well laid out and well cared for. Took pictures to show my mum and grandma who would probably love it. Steep price at 100,000 entrance ticket to have a 15-20min... read more

Whilst the gardens are a lovely and peaceful escape from the tourist areas of Bali, the Cavet cat held in a cage on site is kind of a downer. The cat is kept to make Lusaka coffee to sell to guests. The use of captive Cavet cats and the force feeding of coffee beans to the cats is cruel, just... More

The wife and I visited the garden because we were led to believe that we would see and abundance of flowering orchids. It cost 100,000rp ($10.00) each to enter. There was only one other couple at the gardens when we were there and that couple and, and us, were provided with an (unwanted) guide. This guide was very authoritative as... More

We were actually blown away by this stop, 100% due to the guide. He was so energetic, knowledgable and funny that he made the whole experience so much fun. The gardens are beautiful and it's a really nice spot to stop and wander around and learn something new about the local flora. CHECK OUT THE BABY PINEAPPLE. So cute

Lovely gardens, well laid out and well cared for. Took pictures to show my mum and grandma who would probably love it. Steep price at 100,000 entrance ticket to have a 15-20min walk around the garden while they explained the plants very simply. I asked a lot of questions to find out more. They had a 'traditional Balinese woman' show... More

We made a quick stop here to see some orchids. The garden is nicely maintained although there are not too many flowers around october. The guide explained that this is also due to the changing climate which does not suit all orchids. Entree fee of 100.000 rp/person is pushing it.

The guide's try to flirt with women or take photos rather than informing visitors about the orchids. Very few species are presented. Lots of mosquitoes.

The Orchids here are absolutely amazing. The gardens are beautifully set out, easy to wander & not miss a thing. Lovely way to spend a couple of hours.

This place is easy and relaxing. About a 20 minute drive out of Sanur in the green belt on the main bypass. I got a driver (200 rupi) drive me from Sanur to garden wait and drive me back. 100rupi entry and a guide will walk you around the garden and e plain things and take photos of you too... More

My friends and I had been travelling about Bali and were on Sanur so decided to check out the orchid gardens. If you were to walk about without anyone explaining things it may be a bit underwhelming (although still pretty). We however had a really friendly guide who showed myself and friends about explaining the different plants and how they... More

Don't get fooled into having your photo taken with the "woman" dressed in Balinese costume - you will be forced to buy the photo in a tacky frame! The orchids and plants themselves are beautiful and it is very interesting if you like gardening.
