Spent 22 days in Bali and was recommend to stop here on the way to the airport for souvenirs.
An incredibly rude security lady at the entrance demanded we all wear a mask. As none of us had been asked to wear a mask during the 22 previous days we did not have any masks. Why would we.
She then tried to force us to buy masks. She was so rude and had zero customer service. I asked for a manager who was just as useless as the security. I explained we had even gone to the same company in ubud a few days before and did not need a mask. So why did this branch require mask.
I then pointed out the countless people walking around with no mask in the shop. I said 5 of us were coming to spend so at the least they should provide free mask. They clearly just make you pay for the mask to make money and they don’t enforce this rule once you have paid.
Crappy way to treat paying customers!
We ended up leaving and shopping at the airport.
Nothing missed as it’s all filled with cheap badly made products.
They say you get what you pay for. So stay away from this cheap tat.

This is a tourist trap. They stick a specific numbered sticker on you which has to be noted on check-out. This is how your tour driver collects his commission, by tracing your number with the cashier (they usually excuse themselves to go to the toilet once you are back in the car/van).
I dont mind tourist drivers making a commission, but what irked me was when i found out that their prices were higher than in Depansar airport duty free shop, imagine that!!!

Krishna is a big and cheap fixed price souvenir store in Bali. They have a few outlet in Bali and I went to the one in Tuban and Denpasar. I bought a lot of essential massage oil, accessories, T-shirts and some other souvenirs. The massage oil is very cheap, a lot of flavour such as lavender, jasmine, frangipani etc. selling at Rp15,000 for big bottle and Rp7,500 for small bottle. Their T-shirts is also very cheap. The most expensive one I bought price at Rp37,500 and the cheaper one selling at Rp30,000 (full cotton). The cheaper version one I think is not full cotton. It is better to buy in this fixed price store than bargaining in Kuta or Legian tourist shop which is more expensive.

Krisna was an amazing surprise on our visit. With so much variety of souvenirs and so cheaply priced we felt whatever we had brought so far in the trip was expensive.
The store have options from souvenirs of all kinds to bigger items of bedsheets, perfumes, cosmetics and what not.
If you visit Bali, do visit this store to experience what souvenir shopping can be .

A cabbie told us about this place. They have 4 outlets out of which 1 stay opens 24 hrs and is near to the airport, which is simply great. If you want to take back loads and loads of souvenirs for friends and family, beautifully framed paintings, lovely wooden tissue box holders, cute rubber slippers, fridge magnets, bali coffee, flavored cashews, t-shirts, sarongs...the list is end endless! Do visit this place. Stop yourself from buying anything from the UBUD during visits to the batik factory, wooden emporium etc. You will get everything here at probably even less than half the price. A batik wallet that i picked for IDR 50000 from batik factory was priced as IDR18500 here! The picture frames are beautiful, light in weight and very inexpensive.

This is certainly beautiful place to shop for authentic Indonesian souvenier items at good price and value. Huge shop and enough parking.

PROS
1. Central location
2. It's air conditioned.
3. Price set, fair prices
4. Lots of typical tourist trap junk
Cons
1. Too many employees doing nothing. They don't help you. The employees stand around doing nothing and when you ask them for help they direct you to another employee who is standing alone who is not part of the giggling group. One employee even mocked me when I repeated her name incorrectly. I saw employees sitting on the floor playing on a toy guitar. They are totally unfamiliar with their merchandise even though there are four to a section.

Despite the fact that parking is just crazy, Krisna Market is easy to get to. Prices were good for the value of the articles available. We needed to purchase an extra checked bag and found one for $4 us (ps it made all the way home no probs!).
We got key chains and scarves and other knickknacks. It was hectic but worth a stop.
