Nice Tour Bali was the best Travel agent I have ever seen in my life. Mr.Dwi was very polite & accommodated all our requests when we were planning the trip. He helped us to book the hotels as well at cheaper prices. I changed my choice of hotels many times. But Mr.Dwi readily accepted all my requests. Initially we were skeptical about booking an agent from Bali directly from India. But that turned out to be the best decision we made.
Everything was planned perfectly. We were picked on time, We were given a local sim card.
Mr.Budi, The chauffeur assigned to us was a great human being. He was very polite, punctual, flexible with our requests and took us to more places than what was mentioned in the itinerary. He would drop us at the spots & run quickly to get the entrance tickets for us & when we reach the entry gate, he will be waiting with the entry tickets. We would love to meet him again sometime.
We had Nusa penida Day tour on our itinerary. The tour was planned perfectly as well. When we reached the port, a representative from Nice Tour Bali was waiting for us with the tickets. Once we reached Nusa Penida We were picked up by another chauffeur named Mr.Angus, Who was a great person as well. He carried all the snorkeling equipment for us & the towels even. That’s how perfectly everything was planned.
Overall, Nice Trip Bali was the best Travel agency I have ever seen.
Don’t think twice before booking your Bali trip with them. Nothing will go wrong. I would love to visit Bali again, Only because of how well the trip was planned & to meet Mr.Budi.

We booked our entire 16 days tour through Nice Tour from Manchester, having never travelled to Bali before.
We had the most wonderful time of our lives ! We stayed 5 star luxury villas, hotels, ate in fantastic restaurants & had a guide & car all to ourselves every single day.
Nice tour customised our entire trip & extremely professional & excellent customer service.
Our guides Mr Monel in Bali, Andy & Mul in Lombok were absolutely brilliant. They looked after us like family.
We are definitely going to go back to Bali & will be booking through Nice Tour. 🫶🏽

Monel did a very good job,guiding us around bali for three days. ..he was very knowledable,knew the area well and a goodcguidexfor local culture..only suggest thought for age-appropriate activities..suggest adding butterfly farm..for older clinentel..overall good value. Would strongly recommend

We hired Nice Tour Bali to plan a two week trip for us and the trip has been poorly organized, where on days when we have excursions we spend more time in the car than actually visiting places, the driver stops to get gas while driving us only short distances, and many times when we arrive at places there are attempts to upsell us as only the most basic options were included in our tour. When we contacted Nice Bali during our trip, they were completely unresponsive and basically blamed us for all the problems we faced.
Obviously we cannot expect them to ensure there isn't traffic, but we can expect them to provide us with information on expected travel times, especially given that we have two small children and spending 6 hours a day in the car is not how anyone would want to spend their vacation.
Given both our experience and the response of the company to our concerns, I would strongly recommend you consider hiring a different tour company if you hope to have an enjoyable vacation in Bali.

My husband and I booked Nice tour bali for our first year anniversary. This is our first visit to Bali.
We had a fantastic time and have lots of wonderful memories from all our trips. Thank you to Mr.Dwi, for organising well our transfers and trips. Mr. Budi was good driver, excellent guide and flexible. I would totally recommend them to anyone :)

In looking for an exciting day trip I cam across "Nice Bali Tour" on Google. They offered a private day trip tour to Nusa Penida (excluding the boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida) at the most reasonable price I could find. The itinerary looked good and the owner was very helpful and quick to reply on whatsapp (it was a relatively last minute idea). We got picked up by a driver at our hotel in Seminyak and driven to Sanur. We then met with the arranged travel guide who took us to get our tickets and stayed with us until the boat had arrived and we were ready to board. After we boarded the fast boat (Angels Billabong) which was extremely comfortable, we arrived in Nusa Penida after 30 minutes to meet our Nusa Penida tour guide and driver. We then spent the day adventuring through the Eastern part of Nusa Penida (you can't do the whole island in one day). The tour also included lunch on the island. At the end of the day the tour guide and driver took us back to the port, got our boat tickets and showed us where to go for when the boat arrived. Once we arrived back in Sanur, the travel agent and driver from the morning were there waiting for us to take us back to the hotel. The entire trip was wonderful and very well organised. At no point did we feel uncomfortable or stressed as to what was going on. Definitely worth booking this tour or a different tour with this group. Thank you again!

I contacted Nice Tour via email and last minute we confirmed all arrangements of our 10 days trip with them all through out Bali Indonesia. They handled all scenic and popular locations, they are very flexible and accommodating.
The vans provided to us all are all comfortable and the Drivers are polite.
The Nusa Penida adventure is the hi light of my trip they also have arrangements for that experience
If you need a hassle free tour operators in Bali, this is the company for you, I will definitely recommend them to all my friends who were jealous on all my travel photos of Bali

Excelent staff
We were a family of 5 making this private tour
The visit to the Crystal Bay beach was only nice but the visit to Klingking beach and Broken Beach were perfect
The lunch was at a typical restaurant, so don't have high expectations. But the food was nice.
The boat trip is not that comfortable, but all the boats are the same.
Again, congratulations to the staff
