Thank you for sharing some nice comments and suggestion about your experience with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed a portion of your tour, but we are of course eager to respond to your concerns regarding the rest of the experience.
As per our correspondence via telephone, regarding the meal cancellation, First of all, we are not specialize on vegetarian meal but all these restaurants in itinerary provides vegetarian meal which you said that you were not like it. But then i was offered you an half refund (from our profit as agent) which you refused as well. In Bali, if you booked restaurant which already paid by agents actually its unavailable to cancel, its okay to cancel but you will not get the refund. Because all these restaurants that already booked has provide you a table, to ensure other guest will not take it. So, if you or us cancel it, the restaurant will lost a profit from both our guest and previous guest that willing to have these table which already refused due to our booking in the first place
Additionally, we are disappointed to hear that the decor not appealing enough on Spa at Sparsh Spa Bali (5 stars spa and owned by gentleman from India) facility not inviting, bath room spa not bright also for the view of Jatiluwih where this object is also member of UNESCO heritage was so so experience. We do our best to ensure that our guests have a wonderful experience, but there are always elements of any destination that are difficult to control. Our team is currently informing the spa to bring bath room at the spa to make it more bright.
