Trip 2019- Wayan Suyasa did a fantastic job right from Initial discussion to post service facilitation. He recommended good places for my trip planning..
Mr Sudama ( Driver) gave us a safe, secure and convenient trip hassling the peak traffic and explained each area and its importance. The best driver.
Definitely recommend Star Bali and Driver Sudama for your travel plans.

I went to bali for 6 days with my sister. They provided us with 5 day land pakage planned very well with criuse to lembongan island and spa on the last day. My tour guide Tobi was very friendly and genuine. The owner Wayan Suyasa is also very generous and helpful. I had a safe and a memorable trip with them. They let you pay after your trip. And also they arranged for Indian vegetarian food for us. Would highly recommend Star bali tours.

We booked tour package around two months ago with owner wayan on just whatsapp and mail communication. He gave us very nice travel itinerary which covers most of well known places of bali. Our driver wayan suparta is really good guy and explained about all places clearly. he always reached our hotel before time. There was misplaced of our video recording CD for diving, sea walker and other water activity at bali. wayan suparta(driver cum guide) took from water sport authority and share with us on dropbox. Wayan(owner), you can also give indian food option in your package for few days. so it's really good for indian visitors. I definitely recommend my friends and relatives to go with star bali tour and take wayan suparta as driver. Thanks Star bali tour for making my trip memorable and for their excellent service.

I hired starbali tour because they have a comprehensive website and they have good reviews but i was disatisfied with what happen with our tour.
On day 1, the driver WAYAN SUDAMA was prompt but suggested that we transferred the itinerary of day 2 to day 1. At first, I thought it was okay after he explained that our accommodation is in Ubud so we should do the activities on the first day.
On day 2- That's when I was really mad. We should be going first to Taman -Ayun but he suggested that we do Tanah Lot first but not saying that if we visit it first, we'll be late for lunch. After visiting tanah lot, i told him that we should go to Lunch in Beratan since we were very hungry. But he insisted that we follow what's in the program.
To my mind, hey, this is a private tour, I paid for this, so you should listen to us, your guests. But then we still went with what he wants not what the guests need and want.
Also their choices of restaurants are poor- Panca Yoga in Kintamani- poor restaurant, it was not maintained well. It's just the view of Mt Batur that we liked.
The APV vehicle was messy at the trunk. there are a lot of papers not arranged.
I was really disappointed. Also he talks like a recorded robot.
That's not what we were expecting with the tour.

Sudama always insists on what he wants and does not listen to guests. He even boasted that he's driving for 5 years. Attitude is number in service yet your driver Sudama has a bad one.

I just come back from Bali holiday,i take half day tour from Star bali tour.the driver Mr,Krtut Toya get me very good experine for my 2 day tour package,he get me know about hictory about bali lisland and bring me go to good place to visit ,he also get the good service at the time so i am so happy and enjoy my holiday,here i thk to Mr ketut Toya because bring good memory for my holidoy in Bali.

i used Bali star tours on two occasions during my recent holiday. Both times Johnny was on time, actually early for the pick ups. As I didn't have any particular itinerary in mind, Johnny suggested a few places to look at and it gave me a good look at Bali. There wasn't any pressure to visit shops where commission was paid to the driver. This was a relief. The car was in immaculate condition and air conditioned. On the second pick up, Johnny waited patiently at the cruise terminal as we were late getting off the ship. It was so nice to see his smiling face again. I thought the rates charged to have the driver for the day was excellent value. AlI emails were answered promptly at all times. I would highly recommend this team for your tours in Bali!

Booked this 2 day tour through Viatour, great choice! Our tour guide/driver, Wayan Arya, made this a very enjoyable experience. He was pleasant, informative and always punctual. We are an elderly couple with one or two health issues and Wayan was very flexible, adapting the stops to suit our requirements. The buffet lunch on day one left a lot to be desired! Dinner at night, on the beach, was not what we expected. We would have been prepared to pay more for a higher standard. Lunch on day two was significantly better. Dinner, however, was a letdown. We stayed long enough to eat some fruit then left. Thankfully Wayan was easily located. Good tour, saw a lot in the 2 days, in spite of Bali’s traffic, but was let down by the standard of food and some of the establishments. Would recommend this tour company.

We booked via whatsapp and email about two weeks before arriving to Bali. Everything was as expected. Our driver Wayan was very nice, punctual, safe driving. The places chosen as well as the combination for full day tours were just great. The meals offered were just delicious. Great experience!!

Our driver was Wayan Parta and he was so good: excellent driver, accommodating, calm, full of information. We had a hiccup at the start due to a hotel problem, and he found a way to shift things around over the two days so that we still saw everything we wanted to see. Comfortable car, excellent air conditioning! The food at the volcano restaurant was fine with a great view but the food near the three lakes/garden was very poor indeed. Communication with the owner was fast and comprehensive. Very glad we booked here.

Star Bali Tour helped us plan a customized day tour. We were communicating through email and their responses were very prompt which helped us plan the tour well. Our driver/guide was Wayan Sudama. He drove very well, his car was clean and comfortable and he gave us information about Bali and the places we visited on the tour. All the tours booked through Star Bali Tours are private so you can plan the day as per your convenience. The lunch included was very good. You might find other companies with competitive prices but I would still highly recommend Star Bali Tour.
