Awesome Experience

A very engaging and responsible team. They are very flexible in making the itinerary as per your needs. The best part of our tour is our driver Agus. Very energetic, friendly and humorous. We cannot think of any other person to tour Bali. He is just not a driver he will accompany you and guide you about the places. He is very punctual and understands privacy and respects it. Our Jetstar flight is cancelled in the last minute and postponed to the next day and we were stranded at the airport in the middle of the night and everyone is helpless in finding the hotel to stay. After trying everything we called Agus and he immediately helped us with booking a hotel. Overall, an awesome company and an awesome team. Thanks to you guys for making our holiday a memorable one.

"The only way to see Bali"

Going on a tour with any company is often hit and miss. This is especially true when you are out all day as we were. I was very impressed with the email exchange I had with the owner of the company. He responded quickly, answered all my questions, and worked with my request which was very much not a typical ask. I had already been in Bali and was looking for a tailor made itinerary.

As much as I liked working with the owner my wife and I really liked our driver Agus who is a very personable and enthusiastic young man who really took care of us. He was more than just a driver, he was an ambasador for his company and his country and a darn good one. I absolutely recommend Family Bali Tours and in particular do yourself a favor and ask for Agus.

Hassle free.

Have been travelling to Bali for over 30 years and used this service for the first time. We had arranged transport from and to the airport as well as transfers between 3 hotels. Each pickup was effortless. They arrived on time, no hassle with payment - must be cash. Will definately be using them again for our next visit to Bali in September. Takes the hassle out of travelling.

Our experience with "family bali tours" was really great!!! We spent 10 days in Bali for our honeymoon and it was our best trip 🙂 we organized together a plan for every day and we had a well spent vacay. Kedak who was our guide was so helpful and kind. Hope to visit again Bali!! ❤️

Amazing week long Bali trip (with Ari)

We just finished a week's trip to Bali. Amazing island with wonderful people. We had hired car from Family Bali Tours. Their service was excellent.

Our driver/guide Ari was very knowledgeable about the places and roads. He took great care of us. He was always on time and gave us comfortable joyride in Bali.
He made our trip so much more fun. His choice of restaurants and shopping places was on the spot. I will highly recommend this company and this guide to your all

It was a perfect experience. The drivers were the best in Bali. First we met Agus and then Kadek Ari. They were very polite and they explained everything in our tour. We recommend the family Bali tour. They get us wherever we wanted with very good price. Also they follow us in the sights and explained all of them. Thank you for everything!

Excellent Tour Guide

Family Bali tours is an excellent tour driver in Bali. We felt really welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere . Gede Bob and Arif -our guide were extremely good and very flexible . We had seven great days there.

Arif is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide. We truly enjoyed our trip.

All respect for Gede Bob and Family Bali Tours. They are a true sample of excellent tour guide!

It was a business trip however could find couple of hours in two days to see the island, Family Bali Tours had tailored these couple of hours in an excellent way, they asked me what kind of places I will like to see, they gave me estimate time requirements because my time was so tight and also they gave ideas and recommendations, they believe in, if the client is happy then will come again and will recommend them to others and they are absolutely correct :), Thanks dears I enjoyed this short stay so much.

My experience with Family Bali Tours is excellent. They give great service because of their knowledge of the area and they will take you anywhere you want to go. Our driver spoke perfect English and told us a lot about things that would be fun to see or do and had helpful information about all the sight seeings on Bali. I traveled with 2 other girls and we felt very save with our driver.
Overall a great experience and I will definately call them again if I'm going to Bali and will recommend them to my friends.
