The area was so large, full of green grass and trees in the outside of building. Seen after 10 minutes, we will feel peaceful in heart. Inside it, several dioramas displayed telling us how the history was. I went there on the weekend, there were 3 couples taking pictures for pre-wedding. The area was very much nice as background in... More

Renon square is great open space in the heart of Denpasar. This place is really popular with locals as there aren't too many open spaces nearby. In the middle of the square stands the Bajra Sandhi independence Monument. Good place to chill with some shade and exercise with the locals.

Denpasar is the center of the Bali Province Government. It is common when we can easily office buildings here. So different landscape if we compare to South Bali with their beautiful beaches. Lapangan Renon is located in the middle of the Denpasar city, near to Governor Office, House of Representative Province Office and Bali Finance Ministry Office. The Lapangan Renon... More

The field is huge. The museum inside is quite interesting but it requires air conditioning, as the environment becomes suffocating when crowded. The view of Bali from the top is amazing.

Nice monument and gardens build in relation to the Indonesian/Bali history. You can walk completely (via stairs) to the top and you will have a beautiful view over the city Denpasar.

Only great in the morning. Sometimes even in the morning the people who lives around start burning their rubbishes. A lot of people do their workout here, the government should pay more attention to the place and control over the pollution. Too much smoke in the afternoon whether from vehicles, cigarettes, and people burning rubbishes. Yes, you shed some calories... More
