This is the place to go if you are after fabric. Lots of batik and lace, watch the pavement as it can be a bit uneven i places. You will need a bit of time to visit all the stores.

It's worth to take 1-2 hours and visit Jalan Sulawesi. Don't forget to bargain. It depends on what you are looking for you can always find a good deal. Enjoy it.

Yes to all the adjectives except Rayon. I wanted cotton so didn't check on Rayon but there are multiple fabric choices. Lots is bright, floral and sold by meter.
