Arranged via our UK travel agent, Exo travel looked after us from the moment we were collected at the airport and on our tours, until our return 10 days later, including our transfers from one hotel to another. We had also organised a cultural tour of Ubud through them and also the Mount Batur Sunrise trek. Prad our tour guide (along with a driver) was excellent, very attentive, respectful and informative. Making sure we were comfortable, from assisting with our hotel check-ins to the information on the sites. Would highly recommend.

Our UK based travel agent booked all our Bali transfers through this company. From the minute they collected us from the airport to dropping us back a week later we literally couldn't fault them. Each hotel transfer was seamless. They were also a little early to pick us up ensuring a stress free transfer.
Each guide and driver we had were so lovely. They gave us information about our destination and trips and suggested photo opportunities. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Whilst in Bali we booked a number of tours with Exo.
All we can say is that every trip was run very professionally and safely.
One of the trips was a full day tour visiting the Monkey Forest, Rice Fields and Temple.
Our guide on this day was Sumadi. Sumadi made our day perfect and allowed us to spend as much time at each spot as we wanted. We were not rushed through our day. Sumadi had a great sense of humour but was always professional. His knowledge of all of the places we visited really showed the love he had for bali and how much he enjoyed sharing that with us.
If you ever do a full day tour with Exo then you would be advised to ask for Sumadi as he will make your day very special. If we ever return to Bali, Sumadi will be are goto tour guide.
Thank you again Sumadi and we wish good health to you and your family.

We organised trips & transfers in Bali through Trailfinders in the UK. We booked the following trips from the Maya Ubud Resort & Spa:

Mount Batur Sunrise Trek 16/8/23
What should have been a wonderful experience was spoilt by an extremely unprofessional guide. Below is a list of the problems we encountered:
The guide discussed inappropriate topics such as suicide, (physical) child abuse and the driver’s views on “pretty” women.
The guide was patronising & belittling to the women in the group (a mother, 21 year old & 20 year old).
The guide initiated inappropriate conversations with my 16 year old son when he was alone with him e.g. telling him he had beautiful eyes, quizzing him about girlfriends & talking about his personal life.
The guide gave inadequate information regarding the Mount Batur trip. He told my husband that shorts & a t-shirt were fine. My family were extremely cold during the trip & the guide laughed & persisted in asking us if we were cold.
During the transfers & trips, the guide went for cigarette breaks and took multiple selfies of himself eg in the lobby of our hotel & on the Mount Batur trek. He did not offer to take a family photograph on the Mt Batur trek and the whole descent was rushed and unpleasant. Little information was given about the day.
We have used local guides in many countries before & have never encountered such lack of professionalism before. A compliant has been made to Trailfinders. Your QR I’ll

My first trip to Bali! Arranged through Trailfinders.
Exo travel looked after me from the moment I arrived in Denpasar Airport.
A perfect service.
I was greeted by my wonderful guide Juni, along with Wayne, the driver.
They accompanied me first to my beautiful hotel in Ubud, The Ubud Resort Hotel.
Travelling solo, Juni offered a very professional, friendly, attentive, and considerate service.
He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of Bali and was always very enthusiastic to share his knowledge and love of the island.
Listening carefully to our conversations, his suggestions, and itineraries were the perfect mix based on what I wanted to do and see in Bali.
Always on time, very helpful, nothing was a problem and no hurry
Really good company, excellent English
He offered to take lots of photos.
For me, Juni made my trip a most memorable experience, and I look forward to returning again soon.

We travelled with Exo Travel in Java, Bali and Flores. Can not recommend them highly enough. Well thought out tour I ti Erie’s, good hotels and lunch stops. We did private touring and in each location the guides and drovers were friendly. helpful, knowledgeable and had a good command of English.

Used Exo for our airport and hotel transfers while in Bali as arranged by our travel agent. Fantastic service, lots of helpful information from our very friendly guide Purna. Very comfortable vehicle with air conditioning and bottled water provided.

EXO Travel Ubud Bali
The day after our arrival at Mandapa Ritz-Carlton Reserve (see review) we had a meeting with Budi who was checking to ensure our transfer from the airport was smooth. Our holiday was arranged through Trailfinders. The pick up and return transfers were carried out by our guide Juni & driver Dewa. The journeys were seamless and pleasant.
Budi helped with our trips and made the arrangements for us.
We were lucky enough to have Juni & Dewa for our pick ups and our tours.
All the tours in the brochures were great lots of choice and amazing experiences.
As we had planned a couple of trips with our hotel and had a couple of spa & yoga days we booked two trips with EXO. Our trip was more focussed on relaxation and scenery. Next time I think we will book more trips out with our guide.
The first trip was a visit to a local priest for astrology reading and a cleansing / blessing by the priest. Juni was really helpful in the translation of the reading. The village was beautiful and the experience was purifying and insightful.
After the local priest we headed to a coffee plantation on the way, it was a nice pitstop and we learnt about coffee and enjoyed some nice coffee and refreshing teas!
We headed into the markets of Ubud and it was really helpful having Juni help with purchasing of goods at the markets. The markets are vibrant and full of local crafts.
I needed to go the cash point and a pharmacy and Juni was really great at helping me with translation for medical supplies.
Dewa our driver was really friendly and a good safe driver.
Our second day trip started with a visit to the Art Museum Agung Rai Museum of Art. The museum has some stunning local Balinese art and a contemporary section. The grounds of the museum are beautiful.
We then headed to Monkey forest which was fun, the monkeys are lovely to watch roaming around eating and playing. The trees are sacred and amazing. The Temple is holy and restricted, however you can take in the beauty of the holy architecture.
After the Monkey Forest we headed to the Tegenungan waterfall. It was magnificent and we were lucky to see such a powerful waterfall in action due to the recent rain fall. We enjoyed a sunny day out and had a nice refreshing break watching the beautiful scenery.
During our trips Juni kindly took photos for us and we will cherish this memories forever. Especially the candid photos they were so great!
Our trips out with Juni & Dewa were fantastic. On the drive about we saw lots of village life, rice paddies, temples and communities. We felt safe, relaxed and in really good company.
Juni was so informative, polite, a real positive attitude, excellent English and he is very good at reading people. He is an excellent guide and I highly recommend Juni & Dewa.
Thank you Juni & Dewa for all your experience, informative knowledge, guidance and for all the memories. We look forward to seeing you again! :)

Our travel agents allocated this tour group to us and they did not fail to please! Our guide musa was amazing he knew all the best places to go and loved taking photos for us which was a privilege as we would not have gotten so many couples pictures together without him! The trip to ubud was amazing and we loved the restaurant by the rice terrace easily the best meal we had in bali! Traditional balinese food and with an incredible view! Thank you for making our experience incredible!

Hi, yes of course we did three trips with Exo, one we did was a tour to see temples, monkey forest etc, the second trip was a small snorkelling trip, and to turtle island and the third trip was to Ubud which was remarkable all with a private guide and driver. We paid 5,420,000 which is equivalent and approximately to £280.00 pounds. It was really worth it. I hope this helps.
