Nice location, wide parking area in the back side. Come here alot to watch movie with friends and family. Many food outlets on the second floor and food stall next to the parking area.

Large spacious mall but a little bit too crowded and the car park is located on the roof. Food court was very nice offering various options of fo cuisine, mostly Asian. A good place to hang out if you’re interested in shopping with your friends.

I usually go everywhere on my bicycle, unfortunately, i can not go to level21 on my bicycle because. I always get chased away by the "security". You are not allowed to park anywhere. Every time I go there on my bike it's the same, even though their manager said i was allowed, the staff decide cyclists should not come.

Level 21 is a nice new air conditioned modern shopping centre with the usual chain stores. It also has a gym and cinema.

This is a high end shopping mall in Denpasar.
Has a very good selection of both ladies and mens wear as well as some cute kids clothing stores.
If you are into jewelry this place has quite a few to choose from including some specialty watch stores like Fossil & Seiko.
Plenty of food choices as well from Burger King, JCo Donuts as well as vegetarian options & a Korean ice cream bar.
Even a supermarket on the ground floor for your daily essentials.

We have been to this mall is nice place,they have many kind of restaurant and the price is reasonable, and the cinema nice and very clean!

This Mall comprises of four levels. Level 4 has childrens play activities and the food hall.
The other 3 levels below include hairdressers, beauty products and treatments, cosmetics..... the list is huge and the prices are quite cheap as this is a shopping area for locals. The staff are very friendly and the Mall entry is guarded by friendly security staff. I ordered nasi goreng in the food hall and it was delicious. Everywhere I walked was extremely clean and orderly. This is air conditioned shopping with escalators. There is a customer service desk near the front entry should you need assistance.
I got them to call me a taxi and they were wonderfully helpful and obliging.
I would recommend a visit if you don’t want to pay top prices for products.

It is a boring mall and nothing interesting. It is mainly for Indonesian customers. There is nothing Indonesian about this mall in terms of atmosphere and there are very limited number of restaurants.

We wanted to experience an international shopping mall in Bali. We travelled to Level 21 because the remarks at TripAdvisor were reasonable positive. We thought that the shops were not that interesting and that the mall at Kuta is much more interesting. There is just not enough quality although the environment is good. Nice air conditioning, not too busy on a Tuesday.
