I was walking in one of Varanasi's ghats as I suddenly saw this places sign- and decided to walk in and see what's in there... What a great decision to go and visit !! I was struggling with some dilemmas in my life and guruji was able to provide a lot of very helpful and deep guidance. I came back to talk to him a few times while I stayed in Varanasi, and also started practicing a few things he told me to do and I was able to notice a big change inside me and also have a better and clear view of how to solve my dilemma... If you are seeking for any kind of guidance, spiritual or mental help this is definitely the place for you. Highly recommended to pay a visit !!

I studied energy healing with Umesh Guruji for two weeks in Varanasi (although my course was only one week, I kept showing up at the Ashram for another week). He taught basic techniques but placed more emphasis on self-development and practice. Under his supervision, I worked on his patients and his Indian students, including young men and women, as well as middle-aged couples. The practice, combined with positive feedback and constant encouragement from Umesh, instilled both humility and confidence in me. I then understood how 'energy is my best teacher,' as he put it. I felt safe, peaceful, and inspired during those two weeks. His wisdom and practical advice will stay with me forever. To give you an example of the kind of person or guru Umesh is: every afternoon, he creates a setup on the Shivala Ghat, inviting anyone to a guided meditation through headphones, including students, acquaintances, children, and passersby. A group of people sitting in silence is surprisingly not a common scene on the bustling ghats in this holy city. I witnessed one curious young Indian man try and transform. That’s one of Umesh’s ways of reminding people to 'look inside'.

If you come to Varanasi you have to go through this center. I feel like a mandatory stop. Umesh shares with much love what he does, has very balanced and beautiful energy. It conveys knowledge and a very high vibration from giving and love. It is a beautiful being that raises the level of consciousness and a Guide for all those who want to travel a path to oneself. What a great experience! Umesh is a Guru in all the extension of the word. His wise guidance helped me realize and practice healing techniques that I have come to understand are part of my nature. He is very pragmatical, simple, and dedicated to his community. If you come to Varanasi you should definitely take a course (or at least have a conversation) with Umesh.
