This place is quite different. I recommend taking a guided tour here. The guide will tell you about the stories behind the place which is quite interesting. The architecture is beautiful. A must visit place.
It was really big, and even today muslims do their friday prayer. But it is visited and appreciated more by HINDUs, being broad minded. We enjoyed the visit, although feel sad to see the narrow mindedness of the local muslims.
It is a grand entrance to the mosque with its awe inspiring external architecture but that is about it!
Lovely circular garden in the courtyard with an imposing building with numerous arches and domes.
Don't bother going into the mosque as it is thoroughly disappointing....More
Visited Bara Imambara and Bhulbhulaiya .... lacks basic cleanliness in the corridors when you have to walk without shoes. Guide Syyed was good. Must also visit in the Night when this area is brightly lit up....
It needs to be more organised & maintained by the govt as its a great heritage site. The guides needs to more elaborate & explain in details.
public should not be allowed to shout.
It was over crowded & needs to restrict the entrties.
