Deepak booked everything for us, including flights. His guide met us at the airport, and did some sightseeing before taking us to the correct train to Agra. We were met from the train (the guide was standing at exactly the right place that our carriage stopped! Our hotels were great, the drivers and guides excellent. We always felt safe, and it was great that the guides could often by-pass queues to get us through the attractions quickly. The long journeys by car from Agra to Jaipur and back to Delhi were made more bearable by the excellent driver Michael. We could negotiate with the guides where we wanted to go and when, but they made sure that we saw the important sites. I would thoroughly recommend Deepak as his communication and organisation was excellent.

Deepak was great at helping us to plan our Golden Triangle Tour for 4 adults and was flexible with tailoring it to our needs. I would certainly recommend. We had the most amazing driver Sunil, who not only kept us safe on some very busy roads but also was so flexible and thoughtful, stopping when we wanted a comfort break and also pointing out interesting sights. In Jaipur we had an awesome guide Sanjay. His English was brilliant and he shared so much useful information and facts and was extremely patient when we were shopping. When I asked if we had time to shop he simply said 'go ahead, it is my job to worry about the time and stay on track, not yours. We will still see everything. And we did :-) Agra was wonderful however I was very disappointed here as our guide seemed to spend a lot of time talking and repeating the same information which did not hold our interest. The pace was just not quick enough & we had too long simply standing and listening to talking. As a result when I asked if we were heading to see the sunset over the Taj I was told we had run out of time. This had not been raised and I was very dissappointed as I love a sunset and this would have been a highlight for me. In all there were 2 places we did not get to on this day which were included as part of our itinerary. The response was that you will see sunrise, sunset and sunrise are the same thing! I have given 4 * as the trip was very good thanks to Sunil and Sanjay however would have been 5* if our guide in Agra had managed time better and stuck to our itinerary. If sights had to be missed it would have been good if the guide had raised the time challenges so we could have decided where to spend more/less time as the sun set would have been a priority.

Having read several reviews regarding Deepak's company ,we decided to contact him and arrange a trip to Agra to see the Taj Mahal and a tour of Delhi. From making contact to enjoying the trip everything was first class, Contact with Deepak was very easy and he ensured we were kept updated at all times ,from who would be our driver ,guide ,person meeting us at Delhi ,hotels we would be using etc, The arrangements were well planned and our party of 4 persons enjoyed the trip immensely. Deepak met us at our first hotel introduced himself and ensured we were happy with the trip organisation. Our guide a young male Arif from Agra was most knowledgeable friendly, polite and again ensured we knew all there was to know about the sites visited. Our drivers were very professional and ensured good journeys both from Delhi to Agra and return and also travelling around the sites. Delhi was a place to enjoy, traffic is rather horrendous to us Brits, however the sites to see are wonderful. We finished our trip at the Gandhi museum just wonderful. We thank Deepak and his team and assure all who would decide to use him...you can't get better....

This tour was arranged for us by Deepak Kumar, it was tailored expertly to our needs. I arranged our flights to and from Varanasi and Deepak arranged everything from our arrival, pick ups, hotels and tour guides. We especially wanted to do the Ganges boat tour of the ghats and witness one of the ceremonies which took place. As well as the sunset boat ride we also did an early morning sunrise tour along the ghats in Varanasi which was very enlightening. Our guide was very well informed and engaged with us well. After the river and ghats tour we took a short walking city tour which too was most enjoyable and made for some very good camera shots. Our last day was taken up with a visit to the fort and several temples and museums, one of the best being within the university grounds. In all we had a 3 night stay which was ample. Our hotel was quite comfortable and the breakfasts were good. We also used the surya hotel restaurant for a lunch and an evening dinner which was very good. About 150 meters from our hotel there was a shopping mall and a McDonalds, which pleased the younger two of our party. Everything was well planned and on time, the minibus provided and driver were excellent. Only downfall was that my wife fractured her toe on a coffee table in the hotel room. However the hotel staff were great and arranged transport via a tuk tuk to a local hospital and within 2 hours her toe was pinned back together, although she was in a little pain and we needed airport wheelchair assistance at the hotel which was arranged again by the tour team without fuss. Contacted insurance and all is covered apart from a small excess payment. We also need a couple of follow up procedures back in Goa where we are now. Pins have been removed painlessly and so far things look good. So all in all apart from the obvious which was down to us the tour was a great success and I can recommend.
