We went here expecting to take fabulous photos of the Taj from another angle across the river. But it was very cloudy so I don't think that it is worth the time or the entrance fee of 200 rupees pp to visit. Many local people...More

WoW is the word for this place, the view of Taj from here is breathtaking, it was even clearer than seeing Taj from the front.

As the title already said: there is only the foundation of a planned second Taj Mahal of black marble not much to see but I'm sure on a sunny day the view of the Taj Mahal from this side of the river would be fantastic....More

We took 30 minutes to get here from the main hotel district. The drive was more interesting than the garden. You will pass some ragged tent homes and then many vendors. The "garden" is just a dusty dirty area with a residual brick foundation. The...More

My first photos of the Taj Mahal, in the late afternoon, were from the banks of the Yamuna River. The park is quiet and a great place to capture views of the famous monument without crowds. Didn't know there was an entry fee as nobody...More

I don't think so. The river is very low, I can't see any real chance for that.

Nooo.... just take a cab and he will drop you. Agra is a small city, mac time to cross the city would be like 30 to 35 mins.
