This place is not 9th Mile Wenlock Downs, but equally beautiful and serene, except for the steep climb. But afterall, Ooty is a hill station so climbs like this is normal. The climb was worthwhile. We walked a little further towards the other end of the lake and that place was more picturesque.

Have been to this place alomst 15 years before, havent seen any change in this lanscape since then except for the improved roads. The place remains same. It is a perfect camping place for a family if comes with food and snacks. And as Pykara is near by can go a boat ride as well.

A beautiful place with spawning grassland, highland with a panoramic view. The view from this place are great and one can see the awesome sunset from this point. One can ride a horse, relax on the grass or climb the hill.

Place is good for photographs and scenic garden, but need to walk long distances in a slopy surface.
