Honestly speaking, I got bored over here and if you are fun loving person then this place is not for you. It would be better to explore the different lakes in this tourist destination.

Very informative about Bee. It is a lovely restaurant of Italian food and a bee product, tea, natural oil shop. Moderately priced and worth a visit.

This is a very neat place. The museum is turned into a restaurant but the information about the bees is very much there on the walls. It's a good place to buy organic sovenirs for friends and family. Also the restaurant has a limited menu but it's really good . We had ordered a wood fire pizza and pasta. We... More

We searched and searched for this place and the GPS just wouldn't find it. We did find this place when this guy at the HP Hill Bunk Station showed us the direction. This erstwhile museum has now been converted into a Restaurant on the first floor called the 'Place to be' and the ground floor houses the shop where they... More

Honey is the world's super food that doesn't spoil at all. The benefits of honey are innumerable. Now imagine a museum for honey and bees. This is a creation of true passion for bees and honey. Very informative and well organised.

Surprised to see such a museum in Ooty when people come here only for climate. We been recommended from local taxi stand when we asked for more spots. Nice one. Please try this spot with your kids and show them some rare collection of bees.

People expecting a museum might get disappointed. It is a quaint little place with a theme restaurant (place to bee) and a room made into a bee museum. They show a short video about the honey hunters of Kurumba tribe which was very informative and it was really nice to know more the Nilgiri hills, the bees, and the honey... More
