As a Nature-lover I liked the beach very much. This beach is less crowded and is mostly occupied by fishermen. Nice place for bird watching.

Once infamous for closest accessible beach from Colombo, this place regained back its fame as beautiful local fishing village, close to point point Calimere Wildlife Sanctuary. Try local sea food, meet friendly local fisherman and much more to do.
