When you reach the top (by stairs or by own vehicle or by Temple mini-bus in fixed fare), you have approved barbers (ensure they use new blade in the knife) and temple sells tickets, tips are optional. There is pay-and use baths nearby and change rooms. hot water is extra by the keeper of place. Lots do and there is no hassle.
