If you take the ropeway in the evening, you can have a stunning view of the city with all the lightings done.

Rope way takes you near to the temple and dargah in Udaipur city. Waiting time was about 1 hour so post taking ticket, we went to park situated just opposite to Cablecar office. Park was quite decent and it also provides a decent view. Once you are up, you will be grasped with the Udaipur city specially with the palace... More

Must visit place during your visit to Udaipur. It starts from the Din Dayal Park and takes you up to the Karni Mata Temple. It offers some mind blowing views of Udaipur. You can see both the Fateh Sagar Lake and The Pichola Lake from the ropeway. Don't miss it

Rope way is the attraction here. The temple is in bad shape and restaurant at the top is nothing to write home about. If you have kids they will enjoy the ropeway.

We visited the place on the first day of our Udaipur trip. Unfortunately the server at the booking point was down. We were asked to wait for 20minutes. We waited for 35minutes and since they couldn't issue tickets, we decided not to go. The next day, however, the situation was different. We got tickets and went up the ropeway, had... More

The ropeway ride is good. There would be a queue so take that into account. Once you reach up, you get the whole view of the city of lakes - udaipur and its beautiful. You can see lakes inside the green patches and a few buildings and its scenic. Do not miss the view. View at Sunrise would be a... More
