The approach road and surroundings are require cleanliness. The temple stairs require a reasonable degree of fitness.Once having climbed the stairs and reached the temple, the view and idols both make the effort worth it.

we went to Chouth Mata temple, which is little far away from the city, but a beautiful temple; however on the height and having nearly 750 stairs to climb on..so need to have good health to reach to main temple above.

One has to climb about 500 + stairs (counted personally), so go only if you are capable of doing it.

Its a very nice and clean temple. These temples are not the same as other Jain temples seen in the big cities like Jaipur etc.

One of the most famous temples of in Rajasthan. A beautiful temple located on a hilltop with beautiful green surroundings and meadows. To reach the main temple, people needs to climb approx 500 stairs. The temple was built by Maharaja Bhim Singh, who brought the idol of Chauth Mata from the nearby village of Panchala.

The temple is situated in Chauth ka Barwara Village, Sawai Madhopur District, Rajasthan. Trains available from Jaipur and Sawai Madhopur for Chauth ka Barwara Railway Station.

The mandir you enter are graced by Maa seated on a lion, with bhaironath behind and Ganesh ji seated beside. The statues are built of white marble.People from all over flock to the temple and have a faith of all wishes are granted by MaaThe same is built on a hill and there must be 700+ steps to be climbed, it is surrounded by scenic beauty. The govt.should throw some heavy thinking in bringing this on the tourism map and devolop with serious intentions the approach to it from various places, and make a ropeway for easy approach.
