Main entrance to the fot

This is just the main entrance to the fort and there is not really much else to say about it. There are many touts and rickshaw drivers looking for business so beware.

Its an entrance to the fort. Most of the entrance have an history attached to it. Most have hand imprints of women who sacrificed their lives, since their husband was killed in war.

The walk to and from the palace is rewarding, not least when you realize people still live here. You can almost picture the fort's past in action - when hawkers weren't peddling souvenirs. The gate promises cobbled streets and a window into history.

This door is just an entry door like many other doors for the Jaisalmer fort. You will invariably pass through this when you enter the fort

Its is an integral part of Jaisalmer Fort. But has its own importance as it is the entrance of the fort. The carvings are good and the grandness of it is easily visible. Take the guide to understand the reason of the curved entrance!

It is just a small gate to the entrance to the fort. You wouldn't even notice its name of presence. I don't know why its even listed here.

This is one of the main entrances (Second Gate after the main entrance gate from the market) of the golden fort with a typical "Toran" on it's top and two big towers.
