Awesome heavenly feeling during monsoons and mist

Trip Summary: Delhi-Guwahati-Shillong-Cherrapunji-mawyalong-Dawki-Shillong-Guwahati-Delhi - 4 days

We went to Cherrapunji and Dawki on consecutive days and it was all heavy rain, mist, clouds and such a heavenly feeling. I can not forget those moments during this season but would be good to go before March as April onwards its usually rainy and its kind of other feeling of seeing something or the other.

Garo Hills - lovely people & beautiful scenes
Jan 2013 • Friends
I spent a week around Tura traveling each day to a new place in the Garo Hills and Western Shillong. It was a lovely trip. However, the only lodging was in Tura, and the roads were not so good for driving long distances, but it was so beautiful.
