If you are tired of the teeming city Pune, simply slip in to the Osho Gardens in Koregaon park and all your stress will simply slip away. This oasis of green right in the middle of the city is a pretty unbelievable sight. And once inside, you can barely hear the hoots and horns from the outside. it gives you a peace of mind.

I stay just a few metres away from this place. The park is just a land with a flowing stream, some rocks, a few statues and trees. This place is frequented by couples the most (for umm... you know what I mean).

The stream is stinky and contains a lot of filth. There are quite a few snakes too so you need to be careful. There are barely any flowers in the park except for a few wild ones. You will also find a lot of mosquitoes in the park. No eateries are available in or outside the park.

Recommended only for couples for ummm... (who love sitting behind trees and rocks)

Nala park is a park managed and maintained by Osho Ashram open for public. The park is created using drainage water. They have amazingly utilized the area planted number of calming trees & plants. They have made some sitting areas around. You could find some amazing peace and serenity at the park.
The park is the favourite place for local teen couples, but you could visit there solo or with your friends and relax there. Just beware from the roadside magicians outside the park. They would exhibit some useless illusions and may charge you a fortune!

I live just a few minutes walk from this gorgeous garden and would highly recommend visiting it either if you stay in the Koregaon Park area or are in this neck of the woods to spend time at the Osho Meditation Resort. There are no entrance fees and it opens from 6 am through to 9 am and reopens from 4 pm through to 7 pm.
The garden has some lovely water features and some secluded areas shaded by trees and away from the main walkway if you just want to read or find a bit of peace. It's well maintained and there aren't too many stray dogs running around!
If you're travelling, it's a nice place to go with a packed lunch and if you're a local, it's perfect for walking or jogging. For travellers, a good plan is to enjoy a walk in the park and then go to the Yogi Tree afterwards and have an organic tea or lunch. The outdoor restaurant is in the same lane as the O Hotel and just a ten-minute walk from the Osho Garden.
Although always fairly busy, it never seems crowded and you can always manage to find a spot to sit as there are quite a few benches around the park or there are grassy areas which are clean. I've seen all sorts of people there from families, meditating yogis from the Ashram to men and women on their own.
Koregaon Park is a good area so if you're female and you want to go there alone, you should be fine. There are also guards at the main gate so it is a secure place.
Such a shame that I can't post any pictures - cameras are prohibited- but you can do a Google search to see some photos of it.

What used to be the only serene place in Pune that was also safe and meditative, is now slowly going waste. The upkeep and maintenance has gone downhill. In a recent visit, I lost my footing near the nallah, and fell in a 2 feet deep mud swamp. There was no sign or indication that it was swamp. The underpass connecting the 2 sides is strewn with garbage and litter. It is not clear whether the Osho Resort is still responsible for maintaining it or whether the Pune City is doing it, in which case all this would make sense.

Nonetheless, it still remains the only open, green place in Pune, that I will wake up and 6 in the morning and head over to.

A must visit. Lovely Garden with small water ways all around. Small ponds. Statues. Probably you can spend 30 mins. Be careful about the timing. I think its not open in the afternoon.

it is a peaceful small garden with a narrow stream running in it. I have visited the garden many times and always enjoyed walking in it, there is not much to see but I liked the peace.

Timings: Morning and evening. Close in afternoon.

Time Required For Visit: Around 1 Hour

About Place: Beautifully landscaped garden with a small canal (could have been kept cleaner) running all along the garden. Small ponds, Meditation areas with Buddha statue, foot bridges over canal, bamboo and wide varieties of trees make it full of oxygen and peace. The place is heaven for bird watchers’.

Famous restaurant German Bakery is around 10 minutes walking.

Agakhan palace, Osho Tirth park, German bakery, ABC cheese farm can be done in half day, afternoon to night.

Early morning walkers in KG Park
pass past this wooden area between the White House and the Osho Meditation Resort making its own
quiet statement.
Osho Garden was developed by the
Rajneesh Ashram (as it was called then) alongside a sewage pipeline using
a range of exotic plants, trees and flowers, some imported, and converted into a haven for both visitors and largely to ashramites and become a tourist attraction .
A walk around both wings takes about half an hour and the garden is dotted with sculptures and seating spots.
While not exactly a showpiece garden in the traditional sense the efforts at conceptualising it and nurturing it over the years is to be
commended.
The park is open from 9am for a couple of hours reopening in the early evening. There is no admission ticket and morning visits are
recommended. It is not exactly overcrowded but popular with young people later in the day.
If you are looking for some solitude step into a visual experience of a forest while smelling the flowers in the Osho Garden.
