Beautful backwaters view

Calm and cool place for a whole day family or friends trip. 45 minutes by road from Pune city. Quite a good number of resorts and eateries available.

Visited in rainy season the nature is really facinating scenic views are enjoyable, if possible stay at MTDC resort at Panshet

Place is having single hotel serving too many tourists...water level is low comparatively and safe for a good photoshoot...

One must visit this place. Little away from sinhgad fort & on the route to Lavasa. Is very beautiful place to visit & spend time in nature with family or loved one.

Panshet Dam is built on river Ambi in 1950. It is located near about 60 km from the city. It is one of the famous picnic spots of Pune and attracts many visitors from Mumbai. To reach panshet dam you have to travel to Donje Village and take a right turn. There are lot of water falls at rainy seasons.... More

Visited here with Office colleagues for Maval Adventures.You get to do a lot of adventure activities like Go karting, Zip line, swimming and many others.If you love adventure this is a cool place to be.

Place was good with water spread all around you..Perfect place couples.. there were no boating at all places... There are many resorts as you traverse through hill, enjoyed midday meal Nilkantheswar temple and place around is fabulous.. we enjoyed a lot there

It is nice place for one day tour. The road towards dam is very very nice as on one side you have greenery of mountain & on other side khadkwasla dam. There are two roads one is to the varsagaon dam right turn from MTDC apartments & straight to panshet dam. Where all water sports activity point is located. mind... More

This is one of the oldest dam in Pune and has many water sports to offer boating and surfing. The place is visited by lot of people and remains crowded on weekends. Also amazing view of the sahyadri mountain range is visible from this place. A descent place for family outing.
