This biggest Japanese lawn is extraordinarily nicely-developed and prepared with bushes and flowering plant life. site visitors can see the garden panorama. visitors are not allowed to walk on the lawn. The lawn may be very stunning and easy and has a herbal glide of water from the canal which keeps the water of ponds easy. Waterfall, ponds, artificial hillocks, and the woodland will become a massive appeal of Okayama lawn. while taking pictures and selfies on the bridges you may see exclusive varieties of vivid purple, orange-colored fishes

you can spend top satisfactory time along with your circle of relatives, buddies, or colleagues. you can take relaxation or photos on wood pergolas. "Pu l. a. Deshpande" garden turns into a very busy area on weekends or on college or public holidays.

The garden is well maintained by the authorities but inside the garden we are not allowed to sit on the grass or walk on it. there is a kids play area outside the main garden which is filthy. If you want to enjoy the scenic beauty of the garden with your partner its good. There are no toilets inside the garden.

Entry ticket fee is rs. 5 for all above 3 yr old. There are 3 distinct parks inside big compound. 2 of them have rs. 5 entry fee while kids play area is free to enter.
Timing: 6-11 am, 4-8 pm. Tickets not issued before 30 min of closing.
Parking: They charge parking fee 10, buts seems illegal as either they don't give receipt or on receipt there is no mention of parking fee.
No special playground to play outdoor sports.Has restrooms. No picnic area, outside food not allowed.

This was nice but smaller than expected. Still, if you are craving some green space, a stroll through this garden will do it for you. We walked the whole thing in about 30 minutes, but you could make an afternoon of it with a more leisurely pace, sitting on various benches, etc. There's no food or drink allowed inside.

This is a nicely maintained garden in the midst of the city. There is an entry fee and it is worth the money spent. The landscaping is unusual and trees & plants look good. A splendid photo opportunity indeed.

Located on the bustling Sinhagad Road, this garden is a very pleasant surprise in the back drop of filth that plagues Pune. The garden is clean and very well maintained. They charge you a fee of Rs 5/- for entry or Rs 50/- for one months membership. the timings ore from 6 to 11 am and 4 to 8pm. How ever the membership is permitted only in the morning hours. The time to walk around the circumference of the garden is about 7 to 10 minutes. So it's a small garden. Landscaping is well maintained and there are small shelters to sit and rest. For one staying near by, it makes for a nice clean jogging and walking park. For elderly it's a great boon as the place is clean, lots of benches and covered shelter to sit and rest. No food or drink is allowed. You can carry drinking water thou. No feeding is allowed for the bright red orange fish in the ponds.

Pu La Deshpande is on Tanaji Malusare Road (Also known as Sinhagad Road). This garden is also known as Pune-Okayama Friendship Garden but hardly people know this name.
Garden is very well maintain and Nice lake at the center of garden. Path-ways are made having shaped bamboo barricades on both sides with bridges on water-beds. You cannot enter in the lawn area just to maintain the beauty of garden. You can see lot of Koi fish in the Lake. Feeding to these fishes is stickily not allowed.
There are plenty of parking spaces and entry fee is application to enter into Garden area. Many local people visit this garden for morning exercise or for evening walk.
It is famous attraction from Pune city.
