Labasa is about 3 hrs from Pune. Its a over hyped hill station in Maharashtra and same is the condition of Lavasa International Convention Centre. I was not impressed and it could be better maintained. Main reson for bad maintenance may be because poor business.
this place is beautiful, but more beautiful is the drive to this place. passing thru green hills and farm lands, this place is worth visit in monsoons, when you pass thru clouds. the entrance fees to this palce is very high.

I actually took a day's ride from Mumbai to Lavasa. Few steep hilly roads are in between so you need to have confidence while driving on those steep hills specifically 2-3 places have sharp turns & steeps nearby Lavasa.
