A well maintained and gorgeous temple in the Southern Group of Temples. This is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The term dulhadeo is derived from the word holy bridegroom. Not sure about the connection with Shiva and groom. The outer walls of the temple has lot of celestial sculptures in erotic poses. Built in 1100-1150 AD, Dulhadeo is a popular place of worship for the locals. It is also known as Kunwar Math. The lovely manicured garden around the temple adds a lot of charm and serenity. Since Duladeo is among the latest additions, the built and maintenance look amazing. No entry fee is charged. Timing- Sunrise to Sunset

This temple is called the bridegroom temple and is part of the group of temples in Khajuraho.
The sites are beautifully maintained and the place is worth visiting if you have a couple of days during your India trip.

Dulhadev Temple enshrines a beautiful shivalingam and striking sculptures of Apsaras and other ornamented figures. The temple also has a stunning sculpture of Lord Shiva with his wife Parvati, the intricate details of the carvings adding to the charm of the overall architecture.

This Jain temple comes under the southern group of Khajuraho temples. It is well maintained great temple with a beautiful garden close to flowing river Khuddar. Madanverman built this temple. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Its sanctum has no pradakshina. The temple consists of sanctum, vestibule, maha mandapa and porch. The important feature of maha mandapa is that a large octagonal show 20 apsara brackets abutting against circular ceiling. Sculptures are of dacing apsaras, flying vidyadharas, battle scenes, horses, elephants. There are a lot of erotic sculptures.
There is no entry ticket.

This temple is one of the place where people still come here for worship."
This is built in a sprawling garden, beautifully maintained by the Archeological Survey of India.
