Unfortunately classes are no more given by Khan. You will be given explanations how to cook some indian dishes,a practical demonstration (it was just a show-cooking, not the expected cooking class): you won't be able to try yourself. You won't get a proper dinner as agreed, but you wiĺl be left in the kitchen with a disposable dish on your... More

Kahn is super knowledgeable and a great teacher. His class was really fun and made it easy to learn. He let us choose whatever we wanted to make, and offered a few suggestions himself. Super excited to recreate this dishes at home. One of my favorite experiences in India!!

Chef Khan is a great teacher in the arts of north and south indian food. I took his cooking class when it was still in Cliff Lounge Guesthouse. It has now moved to his restaurant and homestay Secret garden that is situated next to Akhil. In class I learned how to make my favourite bread Parotha and different currys. I... More

We took a class with our two kids, 8 and 10, and we all enjoyed the session. Learned a lot in a relaxing way which finished with a tasty lunch in the beautiful garden.

You get to actually cook with him (you won't just sit scribbling notes), learn from his personal touch which he puts in every dish (not... More

The lovely laid back Mr Khan taught me some great Kerala dishes which I will definitely have a go at. The class is not expensive and takes at least a couple of hours. After you've done the class - you get to eat the food! Kerala cookery uses a lot of fresh coconut, I wonder if these dishes will taste... More

We came across khans cooking class through his friend. We were drinking in the moon dance bar and asked about a cooking class so he took us to meet khan. We were pleasantly surprised to meet khan, a young man with tons of cooking experience from all over the world not just Kerala. Khan asked us what we wanted to... More
