This centre offers complex ayurvedic treatments lead by competent ayurvedic doctors and carried out by experienced and kind therapists. The place also provides courses for those who would like to deepen their knowledge on ayurveda but also for those who want to become professionals. For them a 3 month long Ayurvedic Consultant course is available where they got introduced to all the possible aspects of an ayurvedic treatment, theoretical and practical as well. The courses are conducted by the doctors of the centre. Just to mention a few other courses from the possibilities: Ayurvedic Cooking, Ayurvedic Medicines, Marma and Chakra Massage, Panchakarma. The centre produces most of the ayurvedic medicines what they use during the treatments and the possibility to learn about all the different herbs and preparatory methods is a wonderful opportunity to meet an amazing medicine man. Perhaps only his heart is bigger than his knowledge. The stuff who take perfectly care of the guests, make sure everybody has all the comfort what they need and their kindness contributes to the overall pleasant experience. The amazing South Indian food also makes the experience heartwarming. The atmosphere is buzzing from life, joy and laughter where I believe many lifelong friendships were born and for many it was really a life changing experience thanks to all the components of the experience, not only to the treatment or course what people originally came for. The owner, Dr Asghar is not just a very competent ayurvedic doctor but also a humanitarian what was shown by his reaction on the sudden nationwide lockdown due to COVID: he provided accommodation and food for those students and guests of the centre who didn’t have chance to leave the country for free and also 3 members of the stuff (for whom we are infinitely grateful) who took care of us. In this way our (7 girls from 7 different parts of the world) lockdown experience was heavenly unlike many other foreigners who stuck in the country. Dr Asghar also offered the empty buildings of the centre as accommodation for those who had to stay in quarantine after returning to India. Not to mention his work as a doctor. I feel very lucky for finding this place, it was a very memorable experience. I am forever grateful for Dr Asghar’s generosity and for all the help and kindness I got here.…

I stayed at Greens Ayurveda in the second week of November 2020. During the dire times of COVID-19, I had to self isolate myself coming from Kiev, Ukraine. The hospitality and service the staff here provide is outstanding. The food and locality makes you feel at home, guaranteed.

My stay at the Greens was a special experience. I spent five weeks in this magic place. The facility was in a very good condition and lovingly decorated, the food was rich, fresh and varied, the treatments did me very well and I enjoyed that all massages were four-handed (synchronous massages). The guests and students came from all over the world and automatically had a natural connection all together through the world of Ayurveda. But what I liked most was the friendliness and openness of the locals, the doctors, the therapists, the cooks, the whole staff who worked in the Greens every day. What a valuable experience - to meet these people and to dive into the world of Ayurveda in this way. Thank you so much for everything. I hope I will be back in 2021.…
