    Nice time under A/C roof
A great place to spend a several hours under A/C roof. A lots of the various shops, coffee shops, fast food, huge supermarket with the long lines, and the cinema. Connected to the Ft. Kochi by metro, however we took the Uber to and from the mall.

It's a mall, just like others everywhere in the world
It's interesting to see a local mall. What you'll find is all the international brands you'd expect, including American fast food, with a sprinkle of locally inspired shops. There is a higher level of security than is common in other countries, and so you will feel safe.

A big, clean mall with a sizeable number of shops. Perhaps one of the key highlights in Kochi. Reasonable rates and you can everything you need from groceries to toileteries, clothes, ethnic wear etc with some famous brands all under one roof. Saves you the time of going to separate places when this mall houses everything and is truly a fun experience for the whole family with a kids play area as well.

Great for retail therapy. A good selection of shops including a grocery superstore and department store both owned by Lulu. We where told largest mall in India it didn’t seem that big. Easy to get to from Fort Kochi take ferry (the one by seagull hotel) 6 rupees each way walk to metro station 15mins walk, take metro to Edapally stop, 30 rupees then walk straight in to mall.

This Mall has been over-hyped for everything. Extremely crowded on Weekends and very much crowded during the week days. PVR has 9 Screens and you get to see all latest releases of all languages. Recommended to visit ONLY if you have specific needs for shopping / movie.

We stopped for a drink here before crossing the road the The Grand Mall to visit the go karting.
There are many varieties of eateries all now open and it felt they were excited to be serving customers as they were attentive whist maintaining social distancing and offering sanitiser upon entry.
The Mall entrance requires each person to have their temperature, photograph taken and hands sanitised. They also take your contact mobile number for future visits.
The mall was quiet with very few people around, probably due to corona, it felt safe to visit here today (Tuesday)

Like any mall all over the world
The supermarket was good but service very very slow. I stood in queue to buy grains and rice for ages. Staff chatting amongst themselves no order in serving customers. Other wait staff were very polite.

Convenient Mall close to Metro had all latest variety local and international brand. Proximity to reach the Mall through Metro were very convenient. Had all experience from shopping, amusement and dining and the centre of the city made it unique. Most of the shops were opened after 10 am only. Although parking facilities were there often congestion on entrance especially during weekend peak hours.Security and parking were good.

When the mall opened, people flocked there since it was a novelty in Kerala. Today, the mall is anything but exciting. The smelly and chaotic 'hyper'market aside, there is no other store that attracts people. Overpriced and barely stocked, these stores are overlooked by the local visitors. The food court and the children's playground has crowds. Not worth trip, especially you are from abroad or if you are from any major city in India.

With international brands, latest addition, packages, food courts, games, kids zone, electronics, clothing, multiplex, spa all in one roof along with good infra structure , amenities and facilites it was best mall Connectivity to Metro was another advantage. Properly maintained and strictly following Covid protocol. Ideal place for dining and peaceful environment..Prices seemed to be normal having variety selections and good hospitality. Enough parking facilities were there.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of visiting LuLu Mall in Kochi, India. We were very impressed with the luxurious stores and the delicious food options available. The bathrooms and floors were immaculately clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were also amazed by the beautiful architecture of the mall, which added an extra touch of class. From the spacious, well-lit hallways to the fine details of the decor, this mall is truly a sight to behold. We both thoroughly enjoyed our visit to LuLu Mall and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious shopping experience.

Malls are places to shop, drink, fine and entertain.Lulu Mall in Cochin is the largest mall in Kerala though much smaller bthan those in SEAsian countries.

Kerala is basically an agricultural state with rice as staple food, coconut products, spices, coffee, tea and herbs. You should hear this on mind as a tourist and buy these products as carry on to your country. There is an array of organic products here from ginger powder, saffron powder, coffee, tea and spices.Besides there is an array of pickles from salty to spicy hot ones from sarsarapilla roots or mahani, mangoes, lime, lemon, lentils etc etc. Then there are plantain chips, jackfruit chips, normal and spicy nuts even tomato laced nuts, cashews etc. These are the items we sought as it was fresh and there was a large be variety to pick , choose annd buy back home. Western tourists must buy back the chips as you won't get it easily there fresh and nice.

The mall has many fast food outlets and unlike overseas outlets all gave vegan and spicy stuff too.As mangoes are a main Kerala produce try fresh mango juice. For ice creams in the mall we tasted the less conventional ones.

The textile outlets here are also worth a visit. You can purchase the traditional white sarees and convert them to dresses back home if you wish.

The Food Court has a variety of stalls to choose from fast foods to light foods to a full thali meal.

Local coffee and tea which comes from the hills of the Western Ghats is a must try.Their filter coffee and spiced tea are a must taste for foreigners.

Fish and seafood is the main produce of coastal Kerala that stretches for thousands of kilometres. So seafood lovers have a good choice too here.

If you wish to purchase coconut products from coconut oil to coconut powder to coconut based biscuits Lulu has aplenty.

A visit to the Lulu Mall for a half day outing with shopping and dining elevates your mood from the heat outside.
