Nice place for strolling and enjoying refreshing aroma of spices on the shops on both sides of the street.. Lots of shops are selling varieties of spices and dry fruits and different variants of tea and coffee.

This is one of the most visited spots for any visitor to Kochi and where there are many historic sites. The shops along the streets of Mattancherry cater to the tourists specially with choices of spices and dry fruits

A good place to just go out and relax. Fill up your pockets as you would have to spend quite a lot on spices and other artefacts. Loved the vibe of the place as a whole.

You can find a mix of everything you associate with the term 'cochin' here in mattancherry. Loads of shops and stalls to walk and watch and buy. Fun place to roam the street.
