The performance was reasonably good. The dancers especially the Kathakli dancers had skills. But the stage was awful and littered. The costumes were torn and the lighting were not very good. This establishment need to invest in new costumes and improve their lighting systems.

Had a fantastic time watching the Kathakali dance performances. So much colour and expression. We caught the show at 6.00pm but got there early (around 5pm) to see the makeup being done. Definitely worth seeing!

We got there early to watch the make up being applied which was well worth it, then settled in to watch the show which included many sets of various performers in great costumes and makeup
