This place is around 34kms from Chickamagalur, nothing much to see and do here. Its just a huge lake but the place is very calm, If you have nothing to do in Chickamagalur then you can spend some time here in the evening.

Its far from the city though in localprovided maps shows as just 4km but iys around 10 km with nothing much in it.
