Avoid alcohol if driving here as roads are narrow and several sharp corners. It is steep, kids with breathing problems be prepared.I had bring mine down the hill sooner after climbing the top of the hill for the inhaler due to altitude. The weather was very good, bit of drizzle.

One can experience cool weather even during summer. A Shiva temple atop, Mullayyana Gadduge adds sacredness to the place. Enjoyable experience with not much trecking...One can drive vehicles near the... More

This is supposed to be the tallest peak I Karnataka, such a nice place, one can have a wonderful view below, my only suggestion to our state government is to improve the approach road & also to make some sort of resting place, except the peak there are no resting place at all

Need to trek around 500 steps. Slightly strenuous for senior citizens and small children. View is very beautiful from the top. It is also very cool up there in Summer. We saw the sunset from the top, which was breathtaking.

This is around 20KMs from chikmagaloor and it is worth the the visit. its on the way to Datta peetha. Roads are narrow and it could be hot out there in summer towards noon. there is enough parking space for 20-25 cars. There is a small temple also at the top.

Think twice before driving down there.. road can be pretty narrow and unless you have good control over your car do not venture driving it yourself
