Amazing shopping experience with PUMA

The response of the Staff at PUMA store Orion Mall is extremely good right from the time, I called them.on phone to check the details of a particular product . I could pick up the shoes that I wanted from the store with lot of ease. The store supervisor was very supportive and helpful when I wanted to exchange my shoes for another model due to some technical issues. PuMA definitely is a brand which understands the needs and concerns of the customer not only during the the time of purchase, but also when the product is in use. You can always reach out to the PUMA staff for any kind of support relating to the product. Special thanks to the store supervisor Mr.Imdaad for all the excellent customer care rendered

Nice place to hang out any time

A place which has multitude of options in shopping and restaurants and if you want to just hang out and do nothing, you can just chill by the waterbody. Peaceful and serene is the waterfront. Restaurants have been maintaining the Covid Appropriate Behaviour and gave a sense of security when I visited the place last week.

Decent place to spend an entire evening

This mall has lot of branded shops, a decent food court with all the known brands of restaurants and fast foods available.

The greatest attraction is the man made lake just outside the mall. It is exceptionally good, if you want to spend quality time with your better half with cool breeze ( of course the season also matters) and lot of young faces spending more time outside than in the mall.

pathetic behaviour and rudeness at puma store.

I had visited orion mall on 12th November 2021, and bought 2 masks from puma store, the price was 599 rs and i was charged 600rs and when i asked for 1 rupee i was refused the amount and the staff told me to get out of the store. the staff a lady staff was very rude and arrogant and it was as though customers are unwanted.

I am really sad with ths experience at the puma store and I feel very cheated also.

Picturesque outer sitting area

I had read somewhere that it's one of the best malls in Bengaluru, but I found it okeyish. Hypercity, Westside and Landmark are disappointing. There are toilets on every floor, but water stations on some floors are not working. Food court is interesting though. Lot of eateries to choose from, but on weekends, finding a seat to eat becomes a task I guess. The outer lake side seating area is gorgeous. It's airy, spacious mall. Good for chilling out with your gang or your special other. Shopping wise - did not like though.

For Bengaluru East people, bow to reach - take Metro to Kempegowda and then Greem Line to Sandal Soap Factory. This mall is just few meters away from the Metro station. The famous ISKCON temple is also nearby.

Great place to spend a couple of hours

On a long haul business trip and spending a weekend away from home, this place is the perfect place to spend a couple of hours. Mall is clean, air conditioned and has a good selection of well known brand shops to browse. Plenty of eating and drinking places and the outside lake area is well worth a stroll around.

Mall ok, but pvr gold class cinema ridiculous!!
The mall is ok, u can't expect something like Dubai Mall, but it's fine.
Only ridiculous thing is the PVR cinema inside!!
Last week after check in Internet direct on pvr web site , I saw a show in English at 10:30 pm. I went there and after 1 h and half traffic in the pvr cinema gold class they said: sorry we are not able to make a show because nobody buy the ticket, so the show is cancel for tonight!!!
Now after one week and after the same,
Checked in Internet , I saw one more show at 7:30 pm.
For don't have same issue like last time I thought to go in this mall and watch this movie. But..... At 6:30 pm when I was in the desk pvr cinema gold class they said: nobody buy the ticket and most probably the show will be cancelled!!!!!
This is the first time in my life I had experience like this, after travelled and lived in half world, only here I saw this incredible situation!!!
I have no comment about!!
Better close this cinema!!!!

Best mall of north bangalore

This is a signature project from the brigade group. Its a multi use development with a multi speciality columbia asia hospital, sheraton hotels, brigade gateway office complex and apartment blocks along with the mall thus making it a big area. The mall is at the centra of the project thus giving you a good 360 view of the well made surrounding. The artificial fountain and the lake with a good sitting space around is a location to spend during dusk to unwind yourself.
The mall is pretty big with around 4 floors and boasting big international brands like vero moda, M&S etc. PVR houses one of its biggest multiplex complex with 9 screens and also has a blu-o bowling alley which is ultra modern. Parking here is a rip-off and is costlier than others but you have no options.

While l liked the mall and waterfront etc.. I am also equally impressed parking lot.. Huge parking lot with facility to identity free space with red/green lights which are automatically turned on with UV sensors. However the exit could have been better as some time you may have to crawl in steep ramp and many novice drivers find it difficult.

Best seen at night

It is a mall like any other, from the inside.

There is an artificial lake and a huge fountain on its ground level. THAT is the good thing about this mall.
It is a place for everyone to chill.
The amphitheatre near the late is a nice secluded place for couples to spend time.
