It depicts the Kargil war being fought between May 1999 – July 1999. The great soldiers who lost their lives for the country. One would become emotional, while going through the Hall of Fame.

Crammed, unimaginative display. Avoidable. There's hardly enough space to move around. The lighting is bad too. Reflections don't allow you to read properly.

It has a wonderful collection of achievements of Indian Army in Ladakh region and portraits. The details about involvement of our soldiers in Siachain and Kargil are amazing. Also more details about history and cultural life of Ladakh is dis[played

Nice place with weapons captured from the enemy. At the end of the day, there is beating retreat ceremony and finally a video/movie that displays the different wars fought by India.

I know i am very late in answering the question but let me answer it for other readers. The dates mentioned by you is not the best time to go but it is feasible. In my opinion, best time would be mid june to mid of august.
