The temple has been restored by the Basgo villagers! A small entry fee of 30, quite small considering the restoration costs being spent! Do no miss the wall paintings inside!

Serzang has got one of the best Maitreya statues in Ladakh dating to 16th century. View of the fort ruins on ones way to the temple is gorgeous, various films and fashion shows have been shot here. Don't miss the wall paintings inside the temple.
