I planned my trip with Kashmir Alpine Treks recently, and it has been a great getaway experience for us. We were a group of 5 girls and at first we were reluctant to book our tour with a trip planner. But the team claimed to be a local travel planner which was promising enough for us to take that chance. They were very professional with their services and we had a very safe trekking experience. Apart from this we also got the chance to explore the beautiful valleys of Kashmir. Thanks to the incredible team work, that we had the best time at this heaven on earth. We are looking forward to plan a trek with you people again.

Kashmir is always referred as the paradise on earth and exploring the snow-covered mountains on feet was a thrilling experience. I enjoyed a lot and it was my memorable trek. The Kashmir great lakes trek was indeed a treat for the eyes. It was our second tour to Kashmir and every time this place leaves no scope to surprise us with its nature’s beauty.
The best of my trek was Satsar to Gangabal lakes via Zaj Pass it is about 12 kms trek, approx it takes 6.5 hours. Gangbal Lake, which is one of the largest lakes in the trek. Make sure you go in the month of July.

The hospitality of the KAT team was incredible. It's moments like this that you remember for the rest of your life because the beauty of mountains in Kashmir.
We had the the best guide you can have and along with Waseem to make the trip flow smoothly.
Highlights for me was swimming in the Gangabal lake was something which made this trek best ever. The walk from Naranag to Gangabal lake can be bit tuff but while coming back it is cake walk. So, Enjoy you it!!!

Great Lakes Trek has been an awesome experience with some breathtaking views of valleys, lakes, rivers and snowy mountains. Starting from the journey from Sonamarg to Naranag, the trek was filled with life and energy.
The weather can get biting cold but it is worth it.

I don’t have words left to say how stunning the snow covered mountains of Kashmir look with the dense forests and wide meadows. Our campsite was set at Sonamarg which is another fascinating place. This northern state never fails to astonish me with its beauty.

After three years, out from college life. All our batch mates planned an adventurous trek to Kolahoi Glacier. And guess what? It was our trek so far. We explored the highest peaks of the valley along with a thrilling experience of the night stay in the camps. It was actually a reunion of our lost memories.

I had heard a lot about the great Alpine lake trek and the beauty of the lakes settled at the foothill of the huge mountains. After seeing them from my own eyes now I believe that Kashmir is indeed the paradise on earth. I enjoyed the trek and the beauty of the Alpine lakes in Kashmir. The camping alongside the lake was also a pleasant experience.

I am a solo female traveller and did not encounter any problem or any hassle. The crew was amazing and fun to trek with.Wasim is a very nice and humble man, He makes sure that everything is placed in right order. It was a pleasure to meet him. All the people I met during the trek were very friendly. Wonderful trekking experience in Kashmir. Naranag Gangabal Lake trek is one of the best I've accomplished.

Great Lakes Trek with Enormous Hospitality!
I didn’t really imagine it until we were really on the trek. The Great lakes trek in Kashmir with Wasim was excellent. From good food, great guide and the rest of the crew on the trek, did not fall short with anything….
Wasim was very patient with all of us during the hike and also while corresponding with us via email.

Highly recommend Naranag Gangabal Trekking Tour if you are doing this hike make sure it is with Kashmir Alpine Trek. It's a family business who truly knows customer service. The entire Team speaks very good English! Our guide knew the best spots to take photos of the Gangabal lake. Food was great. Specials thanks to Mr Ali who was our cook. Book them for your trek!!
